So this is our choice on the Democrat side?
Bernie: I’ll give you all this free stuff but your taxes are going to skyrocket!
Biden: I’m going to do what Democrats do except I’m going to TELL you I’m going to do it, unlike all those others.

I’m two for two this week. The DNC has pushed another Democrat out of the race. First Buttigieg dropped out and now Klobuchar, right before Super Tuesday.
I wonder if they taught the guy (getting the blindfold and hands behind the back) how to read his death sentence? Bernie, you liked Fidel and Raul AND Che – help us out here. Could that victim read before they shot him? Oh, he could?
With Steve reporting that Amy Klobuchar has hung up her Prez Wannabee campaign sneakers, what was in the background is now in the open. The question imperative is WHY did both Buttigieg and Klobuchar line up behind Biden and not Bernie? Especially Buttigieg – with his earlier thesis praising Bernie on ideological points, his articulation … Read more
Socialism is a game for the connected rich. In the Former Soviet Union, they are oligarchs and the wealthy connected class. The real one-percent. The people who want equality to mean everyone but them. And Socialist Sanders supporters are no different.
With 48+% of the vote, Joe Biden took the lead early and then ‘killed it’ in South Carolina. Not just a win but a Yuge win; he takes 33 delegates. Bernie Sanders barely qualified for delegates with 19%, gets 11 delegates. Tom Steyer, who placed third, only gathered 11% of the vote and zero delegates.
What is Economic Security The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) defines economic security as the ability of individuals, households or communities to cover their essential needs sustainably and with dignity. This can vary according to an individual’s physical needs, the environment and prevailing cultural standards. Food, basic shelter, clothing, and hygiene qualify as … Read more
BUMPED: from APRIL 17, 2016. I was searching for something else (there’s a lot that turns up with over 36,000 posts in here) but came across this about New Harmony – America’s SECOND run at Socialism (the Plymouth Pilgrims were first, IMHO) that failed horribly because all attempts at Socialism fail. Why? There will NEVER be “the right people to implement” because they refuse, unlike our Founders, to recognize that we humans can’t (or won’t) be “evolved”. They view us as mere parts of their “social machine” to be moved around as THEY want. Have a read because BERNIE SANDERS!

If you are always reading, you will learn something new all the time! And this I didn’t know, that socialism (and the tendency of Progressives to try (force?) to “perfect” others arrived here on our shores much earlier than the late 1800s in this piece labeled “The Character of a Socialist” (emphasis mine, reformatted):
Upon initial inspection, Bernie Sanders’ near monolithic appeal to America’s youngest voters is perplexing. Why would the first generation of the 21st Century gravitate toward a living relic of the 20th Century who has made it his objective to rehabilitate the very worst idea of the 19th Century? Some say that it is a lamentable aspect of the modern age that history is poorly taught, and its lessons must be eternally relearned. The appeal of Bernie Sanders-style socialism may, however, have as many roots in the simple absence of a degree of prudence and wisdom, qualities that cannot be conferred in a classroom.
Nope, sometimes you need “failure experience” – something that these youngers haven’t had the time to get (and still quite full of themselves to boot).
You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up: Young Pete Buttigieg won an essay contest in 2000 as a high schooler. In his essay Pete Buttigieg in 2000 praises Bernie Sanders and his unapologetic stand for socialism.
Democrat presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders has received the endorsement of a so-called “top” Muslim political group. Emgage PAC, which calls itself the biggest Muslim political action committee in the country, reportedly said it is backing Sanders because of his “inclusive” presidential campaign, and it hopes that its endorsement spurs Muslims to the polls. “More … Read more
It comes down to “Who Chooses”? With Socialism, in that everything is owned by “all” and the majority ALWAYS overrules the minority (and the smallest minority is YOU), the Government chooses (whether you like it or not). You are only a cog in a collective. With Capitalism and our Representative / Constitutional Republic, that adheres … Read more
Here’s an informative 20 second exchange regarding how the Democrats plan to govern our country.
SHOT: Chuck Schumer: Dems Will Be ‘Strongly United’ Behind Nominee, Even If They’re A Socialist Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) reminded Democrats on Tuesday that the party would be united behind the eventual nominee, even if that nominee happens to be a socialist. In a joint press conference with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), … Read more
Mike’s post “Babylon Bee: Sanders Confused By NH Motto” uses the old tried and true formula – just enough truth to be believable and in this case, the butt of the satire is sufficiently known not to be a Liberty and Freedom kind of guy:
President Trump has followed his sweeping victory in Iowa with a second win in New Hampshire. He did ask if we’d get tired of all the winning. The answer continues to be no.
Project Veritas recently caught a couple of Bernie’s bloodthirsty bros on camera spewing vitriol of the violent revolutionary bent. Their screed made me laugh. The screeds and wide-eyed rant sincerely entertained me. I shake my head and wrote them off as crow food.
What does Medicare for All mean to you? Do you get your health insurance from your employer? Would Medicare for All do something for you… or to you? Will you have the same level of coverage? Is it going to cost you money or save you money?
The train wreck that is Democrat anything, exemplified by the massive screw up in Iowa, is slowly untangling itself. Nate Silver is reporting numbers with 62% of the Caucus results included.
We don’t mean to beat this topic to death, but you need to understand how important this is to Democrats. Bernie might be poised to sweep into an early and unassailable lead. The idea terrifies establishment Dems. They believe he’ll destroy the party. I’m here to remind them it’s too late to save it.
The Democratic Party will officially nominate its 2020 presidential candidate at its July convention. They are starting the process beginning today. Monday is the Iowa caucuses. The process ends with the Puerto Rico primary in June.
