So this is our choice on the Democrat side?
Bernie: I’ll give you all this free stuff but your taxes are going to skyrocket!
Biden: I’m going to do what Democrats do except I’m going to TELL you I’m going to do it, unlike all those others.

So, what’s the difference? To me, on the Dem side, this is looking like a Hobbesian choice. No matter which one of these B-Bros gets elected, neither is going to respect your Right to Private Property and just take and take and take more of it.
Bernie’s programs are the epitome of one of the Left’s most favorite words: “unsustainable”. Every times he’s asked how much and how, he just mumbles through some words, throws his hands up in the air (like most of us Conservatarians when start to hear this but certainly for different reasons). It’s scary because it will be for more of the “transformation” that Obama alluded to five days before his inauguration.
Biden is certainly no Blue Dog but I can’t believe he is as radical as Bernie (although based on his talks and platform, he’s not all that behind). That said, being a creature of the DC Swamp, he has no problem in tossing lots of numbers with lots of zeroes behind them at almost anything that seems to materialize in what grey matter he’s got left (and his recent statements are starting to let us know how much is really there). Given his penchant for gaffes, I’m also scared of what he might do because he “looses focus” on what he’s doing.
Dems will Dem their way forward and the rest of us had better be ready to duck and cover…
