On April 9, the New Hampshire House voted to pass HB 440, also known as the Civil Liberties Defense Act or CLDA. This bill is a response to the fact that New Hampshire’s emergency powers laws have been interpreted by courts and state attorneys as allowing the governor to suspend constitutional rights during an emergency.
Ashli Babbitt’s death in DC was ruled a homicide, but the Feds have announced no one will be charged. In Minnesota, another government employee accidentally killed an unarmed civilian (Daunte Wright), and the Federal response to that is to disarm more civilians.

I know Governor Sununu is having a hard time with the idea of keeping Critical Race Theory (CRT) out of schools, workplaces, and government, but consider this. If Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were alive, the CRT advocates would shout him down and try to cancel him.
Of COURSE, I’m going to quote the NH Constitution – Article 2-A is a better formulation of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms than the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
