Tennessee passed a law in March that requires students to participate in school sports based on sex, not gender identity. SB1861 creates a disincentive for schools to ignore that requirement.

Republicans in New Hampshire have been defending girls’ sports. But we have a Democrat-majority legislature beholden to the identity politics totem. They want boys competing in girls and women’s athletics while still climbing to be the party of women.
The push to wipe out girl’s sport has been underway for a while. By redefining “girls.” Boys are being permitted to use their natural advantage to the disadvantage of girls (and women). Some NH Legislators are trying to help. Democrats have a plan to thwart them.

I wasn’t one of them, but I’ve known my share of sporty kids. Up early, lots of practice, time after school, and traveling to games or meets. It’s a considerable commitment wasted when a boy who isn’t even very good at the sport decides he’s a girl and beats them all handily.

Men have an inherent biological advantage when it comes to athletics. Given equal time and training, most women can’t compete. Those who think Title IX empowers girls and women through sport believe that letting men compete as women undermine that. And now, 18 states agree with us.
Title IX was created so that “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” The Bidenistas have other ideas.
If the “community” is upset with former Olympian Bruce Jenner after he decided to run for governor of California (Transgender Republicans are not the right sort), they must be losing their minds over this.
