It’s amusing when the media-experts blow a rhetorical “tire” at 90-miles an hour. Just picture it – two commentators, one with CNN the other affiliated with Fox News. They are having a radio conversation. What qualifies people for certain jobs. What follows is media gold.

Another Female Student Who Cried Rape Charged for False Accusation
A few years ago the Obama administration decided to make rape political. It issued guidance suggesting 1 in 5 women in college were being sexually assaulted. It had nothing to do with sexual assault. Democrats could care less about women, even the ones who vote for them.
Nashua Public Library Introduces “Drag Queen Teen Time”
The Nashua Public library is holding a special event for local teens on January 12th. It’s called Drag Queen Teen Time. When a curious resident emailed the Library to learn more, they did, indeed learn more. Cornerstone Action reports the response. The Drag Queen Teen Time that we have planned for January is not a drag … Read more
Liberal Whites Commit More “Microaggressions” (Because They Can’t Help It)
Microaggressions, like hate speech, are a made-up thing. Crafted in the forge of liberal identity politics. These provide no real-world benefit to society. They do not improve relations, elevate equity or foster inclusion. They do the opposite. Microaggressions magnify stereotypes and inject them into our consciousness. Media and culture catalyze our sensitivity to these triggers. The result is … Read more
Democrat US Rep Ted Lieu: Govt should be able to regulate your speech
I have a post in my head about the larger Constitutional topic but once again, we see that Constitution is a GREAT constrictor of nascent totalitarians like US Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif).
California Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) blatantly confessed on CNN that he “would love to be able to regulate the content of speech” but that he’s stopped by that pesky First Amendment, which keeps his powers in check.
Appearing on CNN with host Brianna Keilar, Lieu was asked to discuss the congressional hearing with Google CEO Sundar Pichai about political bias within the company and how it might affect the country. Keilar at one point questioned Lieu about what politicians can do to put a stop to online trolling and conspiracy theories. Lieu confessed that he would love to regulate speech but that the First Amendment prevents him from doing so. To his credit, he does add that it’s better that the government not regulate free speech.
I’m not sure about that “to his credit” bit. Here’s the verbatim quote:
Gov. Matt Bevin – Gun Control and the Value of Life
Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin had some great thoughts on gun violence and culture a few months back. Skip wrote about this back in February. For many of us social conservatives, he confirms what we’ve known for decades – that Progressives have deliberately destroyed the social norms that once existed that kept people “in check” just … Read more
Man Petitions Court to Change Date of Birth Because He Feels Younger Than He is
The burning question is this. If sex is not fixed then why should age be any different? That is why Motivational Speaker Emile Ratelband has petitioned a court to alter his birth certificate because he says he feels 20 years younger and there are benefits to being 49 instead of 69. “Mr. Ratelband said: ‘I have … Read more
For $100.00 Name A Time Conservatives Tried to Shut Down a Liberal Speaker…
As the Left try to contradict the Mob narrative being used to describe them and their tactics, what better time than now for Campus Reform to make the point stick. In the past year, dozens of speakers on college campuses around the country have been shut down as a result of violence, protests, and intimidation. … Read more
Go See “Gosnell” – and Here’s Why
A handful of times each year, something comes along that makes it worth my while to get to a movie theater. Right now, Gosnell is that something. Why am I eager to watch once more a film that I saw in a special screening only a few weeks ago? Read my full review below – especially if the name Kermit Gosnell means nothing to you or if the name is a bit hazy. This is a story to remember and share. As this is posted, the film is scheduled for showings beginning October 12 at the Regal in Newington and Cinematic in Hooksett.
The Left Means to Rule us at Our Own Expense
David Bernstein, writing at the Volokh Conspiracy, has some excellent thoughts on human nature and the compulsion for oppression. Reading it I am reminded of its application to current events. The public rise of Antifa. The open advocacy of the use of force to silence political opponents. The abuses of the bureaucracy in pursuit of partisan political gain. The inherited privilege of the ruling class exemplified in what has been colloquially defined as ‘The Swamp.’
Dick’s Sales Drop 4 Percent After Its Embrace of the Liberal Narrative on Guns
Consumer confidence is reaching new heights and the economy is clicking along but not at Dick’s sporting goods.
In the Wall Street Journal report, Dick’s said that comparable store sales from the previous year had fallen 4 percent, and the company’s same-store sales from the previous year were down 1.9 percent.
The results, according to the report, were clearly weaker than expected — especially considering that consumer confidence for the month of August was the highest that it’s been in nearly two decades.
Why Haven’t We Written About the Passing of John McCain?
Dan Williams aka, Hunter Dan, IM’d me on Facebook. “Why in the hell haven’t you guys posted even ONE story about the passing of the great American hero, John McCain?!?!?!” (Punctation in original.)
Why Celibacy Matters
Our nation has strayed so far from what it used to be. Our morality has eroded, and the results are devastating. I’m 29 years of age and I have grown up in this culture which, since my teenage years, has embraced just about every kind of immoral act you can think of, with the exception of a few hideous acts which I won’t bother even mentioning.
It first started with the acceptance and normalization of sex outside of marriage.
Free Speech on Campus In Our Lifetime? Not If They Can Help It.
I stumbled across an article by Fred Lucas titled, “Supreme Court decisions could curb campus censorship.”
Lucas shares some insights into recent court decisions that might reach their tendrils into the collection and use of student activity fees and the relationship between those expenditures and viewpoint discrimination. Fingers crossed but every path leading to that goal will require a grueling uphill battle.
A reference Lucas includes to remarks in an American Association of University Professor report tells us why.
On Being “A True Granite Stater”
Cornerstone has issued its legislative scorecard for the 2017-18 session, bringing forth this reaction from the chairman of New Hampshire’s Democratic Party (which may account for an increase in the scorecard’s circulation):

As someone who has worked with Cornerstone (currently as a consultant), I think it’s worth looking at what Mr. Chairman considers “anathema to NH values.”
Video – Making Fun of #Woke and the Ridiculous Culture That Created It
If you search ‘Woke’ in the urban dictionary you’ll find several possibilities the amalgam of which is this. Abrupt or sudden awareness of (something) …that turns you into an annoying little douchebag.
I may have embellished a bit but not much.
The concept of ‘Woke’ is a byproduct of cultural marxism wielded by stompy-footed triggered social justice snowflakes so they can shout things like ‘Get Woke!’ #StayWoke to make them feel superior. But “woke” as a concept is not about enlightenment or understanding. In fact, it is the opposite.
New RNC Ad Slams Democrats for Unleashing Pattern of Violence Across the United States
We’ve talked about this. Now the RNC has an ad. https://twitter.com/WiredSources/status/1011770187228569601
Remember When the Democrats Pretended to be Civil?
After the Democrat’s T.E.A. Party shellacking in 2010, there emerged a new narrative called the new civility. The violent left moved to paint the victorious right as uncivil while panhandling the idea that the Left was the party of Civility. We took them to task then, as always, because they’ve never been civil. Democrat-Socialism can’t advance in such an environment, and they know it. But they tried to sell civility. Even Sen. Shaheen got on board.
Sure it was a lie, but at least they were pretending. Not anymore. Good luck finding a committed rejection of the violence and incivility being peddled all the way up and down the Liberal “food” chain.
How Long Before Cutlery Stores Are Treated Like Gun Shops?
England took away the guns, so the criminals turned to other tools. Knives have become quite popular among London’s criminals. Their use has made the city a murder capital to rival New York City.
The definition of insanity is…
…doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. Today we saw it proved once again with a side dish of pure Evil (something that the Left cannot acknowledge unless one is white, middle aged (or more), conservative, and Christian). The insanity is this from the Sante Fe, TX Teacher Handbook:
Employees, visitors, and students, including those with a license to carry a handgun, are prohibited from bringing firearms, illegal knives, or other weapons onto school premises or any grounds or building where a school-sponsored activity takes place.”
And amplified in the Student version:
Fireworks of any kind, smoke or stink bombs, or any other pyrotechnic device; a razor, box cutter, chain, or any other object used in a way that threatens or inflicts bodily injury to another person; a ‘look-alike’ weapon; an air gun or BB gun; ammunition; a stun gun; a pocketknife or any other small knife.”
