The Conway Public Library is hosting a Drag Queen Story Hour. If you didn’t know, “Drag Queen Story Hour captures the imagination and play of the gender fluidity in childhood and gives kids glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models.”

Down in Houston, some of the “unabashedly queer role models” also happen to be convicted pedophiles. Men who dress like women and gain access to children through our Public Libraries.
It’s like a buffet!
This is fully endorsed and defended by the American Library Association (ALA). Not the pedophilia, not directly, at least. But if we have learned nothing from the left, it is that this doesn’t matter. The very existence of drag-queen pedophiles makes them all suspect by progressive rules. For contrast, imagine if some white guy was wearing a MAGA hat. You’ve never met him. Never spoken a word. But if Democrats are to be believed that dude is a racist, white supremacist, Nazi, woman hater, even if he also happens to be a drag queen.
See how that works?
It’s not true, but that is never the point. The goal is to suppress your speech. To make any expression other than the approved narrative so toxic that you abandon it to protect yourself from the Left’s wrath. It also sets examples for others and in the widening absence of any other message the one the Left champions is dominant.
It’s insidious.
A similar process is ramming it down your cultural throat and daring you to object.
Very few folks as a percentage of the population are gay. Even fewer are transgender or cross-dress. But media and entertainment make it appear everywhere. Make it appear ubiquitous when it is not. As do pubic libraries (yes, that’s deliberate).
Coincidentally, the entire equity, diversity, inclusion juggernaut, fully embraced by the ALA and the left (if and where they diverge), exists for one purpose. To transition your culture leftward through intolerance and intimidation disguised as acceptance.
To move that along the Conway Pubic Library wants to expose your children to gender fluidity propaganda which the American College of Pediatricians likens to child abuse.
Conditioning children to believe the absurdity that they or anyone could be “born into the wrong body,” and that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse.
I’m not averse to adult men dressing as women. If that’s your thing, whatever makes you feel fabulous is fine with me. Using a Pubic Library to recruit children is not okay.
And not just because these events are not without a purpose other than that which is suggested.
Sex and gender issues have nothing to with a spectrum unless you mean how far left it can take us on the political one. Feminizing boys destabilize gender roles which also favors a future of dependency, higher rates of substance abuse, even suicide.
You do not have to give in the cultural reprogramming. It is acceptable to have views different from the left. It is also reasonable to object to it in your town and your library. Just don’t behave like a Democrat about it. Be calm and make your point. Avoid angry outbursts and blanket condemnations.
And remind them that these are your kids. And when they tell you that you don’t have to bring them, ask for how long? Because that’s next.
