This:
Saying someone is “using racially charged language” is the coward’s way of calling someone a racist.
The language that Debra Altschiller (I prefer “Debra Asshat”) is referring to? Packard apparently had the temerity to call illegal aliens, illegal aliens, during the floor debate on the Democrats’ bill to allow illegal aliens to obtain New Hampshire driver’s licenses.
There is nothing racist about calling an illegal alien an illegal alien. Federal immigration law uses the term “illegal alien.” For example, 8 U.S.C. §1365 is a provision that deals with a reimbursement program the federal government has for states that are incarcerating illegal aliens. Its very title refers to “illegal aliens,” and that term is used in the statute itself, which defines an illegal alien as anyone “who is in the United States unlawfully.”In contrast, “[u]ndocumented immigrant” is a politically correct, made-up term adopted by pro-illegal alien advocacy groups and liberal media outlets to obscure the fact that such aliens have violated U.S. immigration law and are in the country illegally.
This is a pattern for Debra Asshat. Last session she called Representatives who did not vote her way part of the “rape culture.” In other words, she called them rapists. This session, she’s calling them racists. It is all about stifling debate and dissent. Disagree with Asshat and you’re a rapist, or a racist.
And not only is Asshat afraid of debate, she is afraid of being sued for defamation. So instead of using the terms racist and rapist, she uses euphemisms like “using racially charged language.” But everyone knows what she means.
And Doug Ley, the Socialist-Authoritarian’s (they prefer Democrats’) Majority Leader had the temerity to demand civility at virtually the same time Asshat was calling Sherm Packard a racist. These people have no shame. None at all.
