The State released a well-thought-out guidance document on reopening schools this fall. It provides some primary considerations, relevant information from health authorities (even if I disagree with some of it), and it allows each district to do what works best for them. Democrats hate it. They want a top-down mandate.
So, according to the New York Times, white parents are the problem with education. Yep, we are the problem. Parents. White Parents. Or as they put it: “Nice White Parents.”

The Governor’s Office has released a 49-page report on (to boil it all down) how to get kids back in the classroom beginning in September. In other words, the recommendation is in-person teaching from the beginning of the school year.
It is our teachers and public education, writ large, that have failed the country; by not teaching Civics and History correctly or adequately. For not turning the barbarians-in-training into knowledgeable and invested Citizens. Instead, they have turned YOUR children against this nation and its history.
I’ve been putting up “Man in the street” interviews ever since our humble beginnings. And I am never surprised by how illiterate young people are about our history and how the Government (which DEPENDS on citizens knowing its form) works.
Every country has written great pages and dark pages in History. For the United States, slavery and the Civil War that brought an end to it were definitely some of the darkest pages. And we must never forget.
