With administrative sleight of hand, drop-outs (now called non-graduates) were herded semantically through different doors until the Dems could declare their effort a success. Nothing really changed, but it looked better on paper.

Carbon Neutral (another example) is so important that they are willing to fly first class or on private planes for the rest of their lives to make it happen, at least on paper.
Our job is to say thank you because it is another paver on the path to the centrally planned economy that so good for us they are willing to exclude themselves from its effects.
And our enemies love the idea. Treaties like the Paris Climate Accord are the popular blonde because they kneecap a global competitor (America) and not just economically. They get to build dirty coal plants and benefit from cheap, abundant energy; while we spend trillions, we don’t have to do the opposite.
Potemkin money “spent” on Potemkin promises with only one real goal. History’s greatest magic trick. Using sleight of hand to make the best means for lifting people out of poverty (America) into another kleptocratic super-state that’s not so super when you peek behind the curtain.
Just like John Lynches “dropouts,” it means whatever the experts say and disagreeing will look a lot like what is happening to Hong Kong or, maybe a better example would be what happened to New York during the so-called pandemic with a caveat.
Without an America filled with sovereign states, there is nowhere left to turn.
