The US Supreme Court has been asked to consider a case that started locally in Laconia New Hampshire. Three women want to hang out on the beach. Topless. After losing their case in the NH Supreme court, they are hoping the US Supreme Court will take a look.
The EPA has recognized New Hampshire for its significant strides in reducing pollutants from coal-fired power. But the crazy climate alarmists can’t abide cheap, abundant energy. So, they do dumb things. The most recent one required first responders to deploy police cars, boats, and a helicopter.
The first thing to understand about charter schools is that reasonable people disagree about whether the outcomes from charter schools are significantly better than those from regular public schools. (And by ‘outcomes’, I don’t mean just final scores. I mean improvements. Schools that have students who would do well under any circumstances don’t deserve any credit when those kids do well.)
