Concord has another controversy to chew on but not the one they think. The School board just appointed an interim Superintendent, Kathleen Murphy, after the Howie Leung incident knocked the previous one from her perch (Look here to get caught up). But the temp is said to have baggage of their own.

The ongoing investigation into a series of sexual assaults in the Concord School District has taken another left turn. It’s a scandal within the scandal. Not the diversity hire who was getting cozy with teen girls, but the administrative staff whom I believe helped hide it.
Concord Democrats would love to have some of that Chicagoland gun-control. While they wait, they already have something else very ‘Chicago.’ An inability or unwillingness to protect students from sexual predators in their school system.
Concord School District Superintendent Terri Forsten is issuing a retraction-cum-apology. Having a few thousand people sign a petition to get you thrown out of your job will do that.
The temperature is climbing in the Concord School District, after what appears to be a serial indifference to the presence of a sexual predator in their midst. A problem mishandled before and after the revelation became public.
I’m not sure what sort of coverage the Concord School District was expecting. A serial sex offender has been groping young girls for years, and more than a few people in the district had to be hiding it.
Concord School District teacher Howie Leung likes young girls. We’ve made the case and suggested that plenty of people in power knew and covered it up, probably because he is a diversity hire. A coverup that involved two union reps who sought to discredit eyewitness testimony from students.
Longtime Concord School district teacher Primo Howie Leung is a child sex predator. There is evidence that he has been sexually assaulting minors for years. And in my opinion, his predation of young girls in the Concord school system was known and covered up by the union and administrators.
Did the Concord School District, the teacher’s union, and everyone else ignore (and cover for) a sexual predator because he was a Diversity Feather in their Little Liberal Educator Caps?
