The Quest To Override Governor Sununu’s Gun Control Vetoes
Katherine Rogers and her cadre of Gun control freaks in Concord keep spinning yarns about reducing violence by gun control laws. What violence? Where specifically? The Governor vetoed their legislative screed. Now they will try and override that veto.
Yes Indeed. It is pure nonsense. Fiction. A lie made out of whole cloth. The Leftist progressives up in Concord like Katherine Rogers and the Moms Demand Action crowd expect you to buy into that. Hook, line and sinker.
Governor Sununu was correct when he vetoed the three gun bills in Concord. Now the progressives in Concord are rallying the fellow travelers and the known rubber-spined RINOs to override the veto. They do not have the votes. Let us make sure we keep it that way.

Open Carry of Guns is Virtue Signaling
Open carry of guns is virtue signaling. Yes indeed. The statement is not a negative against those who open carry, but it is what it is: Virtue Signaling. When my brother or sister in arms goes grocery shopping or to the store with a visible and open firearm, they are sending a message for all who see them. “I support the right for an individual citizen to keep and bear arms.” It is right out there for the whole world to see. My view on open carry is neutral.
I do not open carry when out in public. That is a personal choice I have made for me. I do open carry at the gun range to which I am a member. However, the range is a private organization and I am among, “fellow travelers.” I am not going to denigrate anybody’s personal choices to open carry. I respect my fellow citizen’s right to keep and bear arms.

CVS, Walgreens and Wegmans are the latest corporate #MeToo virtue signalers. On Thursday, September 5, CVS, on their CVSHealth,com site released the following statement:
We support the efforts of individuals and groups working to prevent gun violence, and continually review our policies and procedures to ensure our stores remain a safe environment. We join a growing chorus of businesses in requesting that our customers, other than authorized law enforcement personnel, do not bring firearms into our stores.

As you know, for a very long time local “Mom and Pop,” gun shops have experienced anemic ammunition sales due to Wal-Mart’s crushing, clobbering ability to volume sell ammunition, undercutting these local stores. Manufacturers will now be forced to adjust markets in order to realign the local markets you have abandoned. I have always contended that Wal-Mart stores were never really invested in our communities, apart from the profit margin. I am not being critical of markets, only stating the obvious, as confirmed by this decision.

A FUDD is a gun owner who supports limited sporting activities such as Sporting Clays or Hunting, but advocates for Universal Background Checks, Assault Weapons Bans, Waiting Periods, Gun Buy-backs and all other sundry progressive gun control measures. “Ban those guns but don’t touch mine.” FUDDs consistently look their noses down at other gun owners, are opinionated and show no loyalty to the very constitution that affords them the opportunity to own their FUDD guns.

This has to be the Nut Job story of the week! You just cannot make this stuff up! Keene City Ward 3 City Councilor Terry M. Clark sends an email to the city of Manchester stating as follows:
“I am a city councilor in Keene, and I am very concerned that President Trump is coming to New Hampshire to hold a rally that could spawn the same type of violence that we have just seen in El Paso, Texas…”

Sanders earned over 1.7 Million in the last two years and owns three homes, despite never having a real job or ever earning a livable wage. Where did Bernie get his, “free lunch,” break? Politics. We all know this so there is no point in pouring over the details.
People now call Bernie Sanders a hypocrite for extolling the virtues of the capitalist system. Bernie wrote a book, got it published, made the New York Times Best Seller List and raked in the dough that followed. The book eschews the wealthy as evil and schemes to take their wealth. Bernie unwittingly extolls the virtues of capitalism and encourages others to do the same. Irony.

In the last forty years, the anti-gun debate arguments have remained the same. Totally unchanged. There exists no new or novel or compelling arguments.
