Happy New Year; are you happy it’s an election year? The Democrats have saddled themselves with an impeachment. Saddled fits because of its extremely partisan nature. It was from inception born of hate and lies. The Democrat primary debates, sans American flags, are still going on. Their audience is the most limited in history.
Impeachment
Why Was it Okay to Ask Foreign Nations to ‘Investigate’ a Political Opponent When Obama Did it?
The crux of the impeachment is a lie, but so what. Let’s pretend the transcript we read included the things Democrats imagined were there. And that your President tried to get a foreign government to investigate Biden family Corruption, and that was bad. Barack Obama has several nations investigating Donald Trump.
Obstruction of Congress Update – Biden Won’t Testify If Subpoenaed by Senate
Donald Trump was (sort of) impeached (in part) for obstructing Congress, or so House Democrats claim. Democrat Joe Biden, who is running for President, says he’ll do the same thing (obstruct congress) if called to testify on matters related to Trump’s Impeachment.
House Democrats- We Voted for Impeachment, and We’d Like to Do It Again, Please!
Ask a Democrat, and they will tell you, Trump has to go. It’s a moral imperative. They even held a performance in Congress and took a vote. Two thumbs up. Five Stars. A real winner. Impeach the MF-er. And then they decided they didn’t want to be too hasty.
’Tis the Season to be Gleeful?
It is, as another seasonal song tells us, a most wonderful time of the year. It’s a time when most people seem a little more charitable, more giving and forgiving. It’s a season that brings, for most, a measure of comfort, hope and joy.
FDR, Collusion, and Impeachment
In 1940 Franklin D. Roosevelt sought an unprecedented third term as President. But while his first two elections were landslides, the political landscape had changed. Americans were inherently troubled by the notion of an entitled presidency and a measure of “Roosevelt fatigue” set in.
There is Nothing in American History That Compares
There has been nothing in American history that compares to the current ongoing coup. This is not an impeachment. It definitely is an attack against the President. It has been nothing but an abuse of the Constitution. The action says more about those prosecuting than those defending.

Impeachment Response
Our elected representatives, Shaheen, Kuster, and Pappas behave as they do for three reasons. They love power. They like the sound of their own voices. And the GOP lets them get away with it.
And the end result of the Democrat Impeachment clown show is…..
Donald Trump now up over all of the major candidates: In the second poll in two days to show his advantage, the latest YouGov/Economist “electability” survey found the president leading the top tier of Democratic challengers from 6 points to 41 points among registered voters, even amid his impeachment. In the survey, 40% said that former Vice … Read more
Lefty Lawyer Says Despite Vote Donald Trump is Not Impeached…
Pelosi’s first move after the House voted to impeach your president was to un-impeach him. Until she sends the articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial, and there is a trial, there is no impeachment. So, sayeth lefty law professor, Noah Feldman.
A Brief Introduction to the Federal Court System
The federal court system has three main levels: district courts (the trial court), circuit courts which are the first level of appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States (“SCOTUS”), the final level of appeal in the federal system. Only the SCOTUS is specifically established in Article III of the Constitution. The Courts of Appeal … Read more
Irony Alert: Pelosi Won’t Send Articles to the Senate Without Assurances of a “Fair” Trial
The Democrats who rediscovered the Founders and the Constitution to excuse their impeachment circus have undiscovered it. After voting to impeach the president, Speaker Pelosi says she won’t send the Articles of impeachment to the Senate right away. She’s concerned it won’t get a fair trial.
Breaking: The Democrats in the US House have voted to impeach President Trump.
Article 1 has already passed. The House is voting on Article 2 right now. Looks like the Dems will pass this as well. It did. So, Chris Pappas (NH CD-1) and Annie “I’m the most Progressive in the Primary” Kuster (NH CD-2) have both put LARGE targets on their backs. And fronts. The Republican political … Read more
Resistance is the all-consuming motive of the left
Well, Merry Christmas, as the looney left Democrats seem to be desperate for impeachment. They settled first on obstruction of Congress. That’s nonsense; every president in my memory has invoked executive privilege at one time or another. Congress has no constitutional power to override that.
Blogline of the Day – I certainly hope they listen well to Pelosi
“Schiff’s Folly finally gets its vote, and all that remains to be seen is if Grandma Nan was able to talk vulnerable red state Democrats into tossing their careers away the way she did with the Obamacare vote back in the day.”
Will the Democrat Majority Circus Vote to Impeach President Trump Today?
Today is the big day. The one for which Mr. Trump has been waiting. A Declaration from the House that is prepared to have it and everyone who votes for impeachment, torn to bits in a Senate Trial on National Television.
Quick Thought – another case of Trump’s Shiny Objects on top, actions underneath
Let me be clear: by “underneath”, I don’t mean under handed. I just meant while his tweets and his off-the-cuff speeches keep everyone looking at those “Shiny Objects” while he is accomplishing a lot underneath everyone’s radar (especially our “vaunted” MSM that he ties up in knots on just a mere whim). Example #1,849,456: This … Read more

Democrat Congressman Who Voted No on Impeachment Switches Parties
Congressional Demcorat Jeff Van Drew voted not to proceed with impeachment hearings. I’m sure he’s taken some heat from the caucus over that. How much? He’s a Republican now.
