In the private sector, you either succeed, or you get fired. A company either makes the right decisions according to its consumers, or they abandon (er, fire) you, and you go out of business.
Traditionally, our “Ruling Class” understood that America came first before its ideological aims. They understood that this demanded a “Limited Government” that let the rest of us decide for ourselves what is best for us.

When I taught English as an adjunct college instructor, one literary genre that I considered extremely interesting was that of the slave narrative. Hundreds of slaves, overcoming unimaginable obstacles, not only learned how to read but also wrote down their stories which revealed the truth about the horrors of slavery.
Sorry folks – no more just assuming that your childrens’ teachers fit the old stereotype that you had when growing up (or that of your kids’ grandparents).
Over the last couple of weeks, some letter writers have felt it is their job to condemn other citizens regarding the choice of not taking vaccine shots. How about leaving other adults alone to decide for themselves instead of the heavy-handed guilt trips being pressured?
Left and Right. We hear these terms daily, but what do they really mean? The terms come from the French Revolution. In 1789, before the overthrow of the King, the National assembly was literally divided.
