From “proud” to “hate” in the time it takes to type 27 words (from “proud” to “oppressor”) – it truly is a shortened version of Orwell’s 1984 and “2 minutes of hate”. But that’s what Identity politics is – group dynamics. Look how quickly Ellen went from being an individual and losing that uniqueness to being just part of another group – a hated one, one on which every evil and wrong doing is placed. From being a white female lesbian (goodness, some status on the Progressive Identity Group Politics Totem Pole) to being a white straight guy (an “oppressor”, not even worthy to serve as the cement foundation for said PIGPTP).
Now, for those of you who don’t know, Ellen Page was the star of some movie called “Juno”. Never saw it, don’t care, but I guess she has some chops (not an A-lister, but recognized). So, she got some recognition from going from straight female to lesbian female and now straight “male”.
And yes, quotes around “male” because she isn’t. No surprise for anyone who reads the ‘Grok but I have NO desire to lie to my readers. She was born female, has been female for quite some time, and you can’t flip your gender/sex simply because you think you can. You have the Freedom of Speech to do so; that is true. We also have the Freedom of Association in which the converse is also true – we can choose to NOT Associate as well. As many of you know, I’m not Politically Correct so taunts or threats that I’m “deadnaming” or “misgendering” means nothing to me. Rant as you wish but I don’t care. As I have said countless times before:
If you want to call yourself you aren’t, have at it. If family and friends accept that, more power to you and knock yourself out over it. But don’t expect or demand that the rest of us go along with this delusion just on your say-so. Chromosomes don’t lie and I have no intentions of giving into coerced speech or thought.
This is also a GREAT example of how fickle and stupid Identity Politics is – one second good, the next contemptable. All because of a single word and the self-proclamation of what you are (yes, going back 4 paragraphs). “Beacon of Hope for humanity” (REALLY??? A BEACON? I didn’t even know who she was until the Instapundit post – how low wattages was that “beacon”?) to being an Oppressor. Being an Oppressor is 1) what you have DONE as a voluntary action or 2) a matter of skin color and sex? This is where this specious philosophy all starts falling apart in moments.
On what BASIS did she tranform into an Oppressor? I ask the question again – what are the acts of oppression has she done? Go ahead, I’ll wait and tap my foot for a bit while you scurry around and try to scrounge up something real rather than the regular triteness that comes out of the mouths of most SJWs because they have nothing of worth to say.
Sidenote – now THERE’S a group of people that should have a mandatory mask order placed on them for all of the spittle that comes out of their mouths when they start screaming insanities (but actually believe they are giving a PhD dissertation to we “low lifes” that refuse to become Woke).
It is rather doubtful that Titania proofed her tweet sufficiently enough to even see the inanity of what she typed; it’s what they do. It’s what little they can actually reason. But as Senator Feinstein once said “The Dogma is strong within her”.

…The disappearing of Ellen Page, and the demonisation of anyone who dares to mention that woman’s name, matters because it tells us a great deal about the increasing instability and elitism of identity politics. There are many reasons we should have a frank, legitimate discussion about Ellen Page rather than robotically repeating that she is now a he and that anyone who says otherwise is a moral reprobate. First, is it really the case that Page is male? A he? How can someone who doesn’t have male biology and who has had no male experiences – boyhood, male puberty, masculine impulses, being a brother, an uncle, a father – be a ‘he’?
But go read the whole thing. The scary part, the part of this that should send any Normal person into the shivers, is the Force in which this is being administered by people that can HURT you. In this case, no actor or actress, or anyone else “in the biz” can afford to cross that line if they are just an ordinary Joe or Jane for fear of their career. Too, the media. That is, the Leftist “Woke” media; for emphasis:

If you think you had problems in not accepting homosexual behavior lest the Human Rights Campaign come after you, these guys make them look like pussycats. Imagine that – some Association has decided that IT has the Power to determine how you are allowed to speak and how you are allowed to even think. And any lickspittle to the contrary, that’s EXACLY the aim. ANYONE (and that includes the NH ACLU) that demands you to change your behavior in such a way is telling to take a knee and welcome them as your new Master.
Stand up like a strong and Free American and tell them bluntly “Up Your’s”.
It’s the only way to stand up to them and let them know that most of us are tired of both this nonsense, Wokeness, and totalitarianism.
Because they DO want to control you. Utterly.
