We are seeing many socialist ideas gaining traction in America today. Polling shows about 70% of millennials say they would back a socialist candidate for elective office. This is troubling because of what socialism is and what it produces.
AP Calls NH Executive Council Race in District 5 for Dave Wheeler
The Associated Press, whose results we’ve been sharing courtesy of WMUR, has updated the contentious Executive Council race in District 5. With 75.6% of precincts reporting, they have called the race for Dave Wheeler.
NH Primary Election Results with Some Analysis
UPDATED AND BUMPED: Per usual, we still have precincts that have not yet presented results. I am surprised, however, that the number is as low as it is. Not many differences from my last update from early this morning but at least a few more races have been decided. With 68% reporting, Dave Wheeler was ahead of Bob Clegg in EC5 (No Winner Called, no concession). In Feltes-Volinsky, it’s 51-49 (no winner called, no concession. Sununu wins with 89.7% of the vote (88% reporting), Mowers with 62% of the vote (92% reporting).
