The Implosion Of Another Left Wing ‘Institution’

NPR is dodging bullets at a time when it was already facing an uphill battle to justify continued taxpayer funding. So having an executive expose the network culture on hidden video is the last thing they needed.

And while NPR runs duck and cover, pointing out that the guy was quitting anyway, they didn’t seem to have anything to say about the other NPR exec at the table until she “quit.”

So perhaps they need to roll out the re-education camps like planned parenthood?  Of course, it is not easy to change corporate culture.  Attitudes and policies that have been in place a long time–the very cloth from which the organization is made–do not just go away.  They appear like the sun rising every morning because that is the nature of things.  Just because you are not looking.

So another left-leaning plane in the liberal progressive universe has unpleasant denizens, revealing the fundamental nature of progressive liberal institutions. And once more the culture that drives them is everything they would have us believe.

It is the left’s beloved institutions that are all poisoned.

Public sector unions are the ones filled with Hitler-sign-bearing, uncivil hatemongers.  (Though most other left-wing gatherings turn out to be public and environmental disasters as well.)

Planned Parenthood could care less about the rights or health of young women, probably any women, as long as they get paid.

Democrat lawmakers never wanted bipartisanship and elections only really matter when they win them.

And NPR is just the defunct demure version of Air America on the taxpayer dime, the same fundamental propagandist mental state without the yelling and swearing.

And they all share this one thing in common.  They all take money from taxpayers and they all project their weakness on others.  Sounds like a first cause if you ask me.  So how about we cut off the taxpayer funding and see how they do on their own?

If they are that valuable the market will sustain them.  MSNBC seems to manage. And if not, well I guess there will be legions of left-wing journalists waving internet tin cans for their fans to drop coins into.  And if the fans really do like that stuff they will.  If not?  Not my problem.
