Millennials Flock to NH for Jobs, Affordable Housing, Quality of Life
I can’t even begin to count how many times I’ve heard democrats, or anyone for that matter, use the phrase “we need more young people to move here!” It’s a common trope, especially from democrats who seek to impose more government intervention on the rest of us through programs like workforce training, ‘workforce’ housing, college … Read more
Democrats want to take stuff away from you – Case #1: #VolinskyAgenda
Yep, Andru Volinsky. The guy that removed local control of Education via the Claremont decision. School boards and citizens rail that the State puts too many mandates on them (like HB142 – I’m still hoping some lawyer will make me a plaintiff in a lawsuit against it) – blame current Exec. Councilor Volinsky who is … Read more

by Kevin Scully |
There were two front-page articles in the Sunday, July 27, 2019, Manchester Union leader that I just couldn’t let pass without comment: “Caught in the Housing Squeeze” and “Faces of Affordable Housing.” The subtitle for “Faces” is “Government funds can help keep a lid on rising rents.”
US Congressman Chris Pappas (D-NH) and minimum wage double standards
I just got this from the NH GOP and decided to put it up because it demonstrates a Principle that I KNOW: Democrats want to put mandates on the rest of us but generally fail to have lived up to those mandates voluntarily themselves. Over and over again, with this behavior, they show that they … Read more

Don’t throw cold water on state’s hot economy
by Greg Moore | In the South, you often hear the phrase, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” It’s too bad that idiom hasn’t become more popular in New Hampshire, because our state Legislature seems intent on breaking our vibrant, robust economy and instead throwing the car that’s going 100 mph in reverse. Five … Read more

The Democrats decided to pull the same financial stunt just before Bill O’Brien became speaker. Create a structural deficit by using “today’s surplus” to up the amounts spent in following years.
