There are these Republicrats who created a group to fight Donald Trump and everyone who supports him. He is coarse and destructive – the harbinger of partisan division. If by that you mean, unwilling to bend to continuous pressure and committed to dismantling the bureaucratic state, I agree.

Last week the Union Leader republished an opinion piece by the Founder of NoLabels, Nancy Jacobson. We get one of these at the UL every year, sometimes twice. Conrad Black has an entertaining turn over at National Review titled Trump and His Enemies. It revisits the issue of Mr. Trump’s victory against both parties (for which his every-day American supports adore him) and how the ruling class establishment elites hate him for it.
Two pull quotes to tease it for you. First,
They are enemies and the president would not wish it any other way. He ran for office against both parties, the lobbyists, almost all the national political media, and the politically active elements of Wall Street, Hollywood, and Silicon Valley.
A recent survey of Dartmouth Students got ample attention from me here and here, but Jack Kerwick, writing at Townhall.com, combed through it here and I wanted to share his conclusion because it distills the noisy narratives down to a moment of clarity.
In summary, the Dartmouth survey establishes the truth of three propositions:
(1)Republican students are overwhelmingly outnumbered by Democrats at Dartmouth.

The Occupy Wall Street movement protesters—as well as Obama and the Democrats—are fixated on what they say are “the rich 1%,” as opposed to the noble and deserving “99%”.
Their aim is woefully off, as anyone with some knowledge of Austrian economic theory and historical analysis can explain. But they’ve never read an Austrian School economist, such as Ludwig Von Mises (pronounced MEE-zezz)—or reject that school of thought as extremely dangerous to their interests—with the Ruling Class attitude expressed above. LOL.
But don’t get me wrong! There is an “evil 1%”! And their rapaciousness and oppression must be confronted and dealt with. That much is true. But…
