Today is the last day of New Hampshire’s State of Emergency, barring any new emergency like an ingrown nail amongst the governor’s staff or someone accidentally stepping on the governor’s lawn.
Why I Want to Catch COVID
So this last weekend I was sniffing, sneezing, coughing up my lungs, and even had a mild fever. Not typically a day napper, I took not one but two naps on Saturday. I couldn’t focus (unusual for me even with a cold) and more or less autopiloted my way through the weekend.

Nashua Library Book Promotes “Sex Work” for Trans-Identifying Teens
I checked out several books in the Teen Room and Children’s Room at the Nashua Public Library about children who identify as transgender. Among the large stack of books was “You’re in the Wrong Bathroom” by Laura Erickson-Schroth in which the author promotes “sex work” as a viable career for gender-confused kids.
Nashua Public Schools Breaks State Law Regarding Non-Academic Surveys
According to state law: “non-academic survey or questionnaire” means surveys, questionnaires, or other documents designed to elicit information about a student’s social behavior, family life, religion, politics, sexual orientation, sexual activity, drug use, or any other information not related to a student’s academics.”
