Note that he is now putting “Attorney” as part of his signature…is this so he can now hide behind “Attorney / Client privileges” when talking to other employees?

RE: RTK request received May 29, 2021

Dear Ms. Colquhoun,

The City is in receipt of your request dated May 27, 2021, under NH RSA 91-A, the “Right-to-Know” law. Your request was submitted following the City’s response to your request dated May 12, 2021.  Your request on May 27, 2021 stated:

Please be advised that your response was meaningless. Your results just showed totals with no breakdowns at all. Seeing how the city would redact email addresses kindly submit this information back with the following information:
1) Ward 1
2) Zip Codes
3) Street Addresses

As stated in the response to your previous request: the City is not in receipt of individual responses from each respondent. Under the RSA 91-A:4, VII the City is not required to compile, cross-reference, or assemble information into a form in which it is not already kept or reported. The compilation of information you requested is not contained within any existing governmental record.

Sincerely,
/s/ Jesse B. Neumann

Jesse B. Neumann
Attorney/RTK Coordinator
