Cornerstone has issued its legislative scorecard for the 2017-18 session, bringing forth this reaction from the chairman of New Hampshire’s Democratic Party (which may account for an increase in the scorecard’s circulation):
As someone who has worked with Cornerstone (currently as a consultant), I think it’s worth looking at what Mr. Chairman considers “anathema to NH values.”
This is not surprising news to anyone but the media. Their devotion to the Trump Russia Collusion narrative (they created) makes them incapable of seeing the big picture. A picture that includes leading intelligence officials of yore who lied under oath and leaked classified intel to the press. One of them was John Brennan.
Brennan was a great choice to head Obama’s CIA because he is pompous, arrogant, and lies easily. Even under oath. Which is grounds for his clearance being revoked but that’s not why they did it.

As some Democrats look for ways to run away from the reality of their political baggage Gallup comes along and shoots them in the kneecaps.
For the first time in Gallup’s measurement over the past decade, Democrats have a more positive image of socialism than they do of capitalism.
The problem? The indoctrination is working. But the professional left isn’t ready to come out of the closet quite yet.
Recently, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) handed down an opinion in the South Dakota versus Wayfair (SD v Wayfair). The South Dakota Legislature had passed a law that enabled South Dakota to go after taxes on purchases citizens had made from Wayfair. The S. D. Supreme Court held that the law was unconstitutional, and it was appealed to SCOTUS. Previously, SCOTUS had held the opinion that no taxes could be collected if the retailer had no substantial physical presence in the State seeking the tax revenue.
Parallel to this an organization has grown up.
In a recent mailer, which will take several posts to “depose” State Senate Candidate David Boutin came out smearing Republican Primary opponent Bill Kuch.
Boutin claims (see above) that his primary opponent, Bill Kuch, is extreme for voting against Marsy’s law. Hello! Dave? The New Hampshire House voted 284 – 51 against CACR22 (Marsy’s Law).
Dave Boutin thinks that’s extreme. As opposed to this?

Well, I do know which end of a golf club to hold, and I know the object is to put a small ball into a rather small hole, but that’s the extent of my knowledge of the game. However, the SDGANH is a relatively new conservative alternative to the Progressive-ly captured the New Hampshire School Boards Association and it is looking for new members (prior or currently elected School Board or Budget Committee members) and concerned citizens in support of their mission (“Helping School Board and Budget Committee members discover their Powers”), are looking to raise some funds:
I guess there are bigger priorities in Nashua than “Choo Choo.” Capital equipment. Playgrounds. Sidewalks. A few ‘plants’ to spiffy up the joint. Work on a community center. Repurposing technology and updating an online dashboard so residents can access information from about city projects and initiatives. Like choo choo?
Nashua has four million dollars (leftover) and not a penny of it earmarked for another rail study.
They did earmark some to remove invasive species. No, not out-of-state Massachusetts voters living in Dem. Rep. Cindy Rosenwald’s house; plants by the river, or something.
New Hampshire has some obscene licensing rules that increase costs and prohibit or at least limit competition. Everyone agrees, except the cartel owners, and we’ve seen minor improvements in recent years. But we could do a lot better. So, I’m wondering if there’s leverage to be found in recent rulings against taxi cartels that deny them their monopoly.
In a resounding win for innovation and economic liberty, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled on Monday that taxi owners in Miami-Dade County have “no right to block competition” from ride-hailing firms like Lyft and Uber.
Back on July 30, I caught wind of how the NH Firearms Coalition had decided that IF you didn’t answer their questionaire or didn’t answer all of their questions, you were automatically ruled to be “anti-gun” or “anti-Second Amendment” (above). But with the above, Rice shows that he’s the equivalent of a crew served dual Ma Dueces on top of an MRAP controlled from inside (like the Youngest did) – but with a haywire control system that’s shooting at anything in sight. Just out of control! How else can one countenance the idea that if you failed to respond, in part or in all, you’d get an “F”? And here in NH, getting that in the Conservative community is like a whipping (and it seemingly makes Rice come off as some medieval enforcer – with a smile on his face.

As Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who’s also been smeared by the SPLC as an “anti-Muslim extremist,” has noted, the group these days is invested more in “profiting off the anxieties and white guilt of Northern liberals” than in actually upholding civil rights.
Jeff Sessions has ordered a review to ensure the U.S. Department of Justice is not partnered with the SPLC in any way, shape, or form and with good reason. The SPLC has become a hate group, smearing organizations, and individuals without fear until recently.

In an August 12 opinion piece on SeacostOnline, Bill Duncan retread some heavily worn ground in the latest sequel to Swamp Things: The Educreaucity Fights Back. Current DoE Commissioner Frank Edelblut has been in the crosshairs of the education bureaucrats (to whom I refer as “educrats”) since day one because he dares to challenge the status quo.
Mr. Duncan has courageously seized the colors of the Educrat Army to storm that hill once more asking, “Do we have the education leadership we need in NH?”

“Nothing’s Free” is not a phrase in the budgetary lexicon of progressive liberal Democrats. We know this because they are constantly talking about Government-run programs to provide “social infrastructure” to the masses.
The latest “free” goodies to hit the narrative mill are Free College and Medicare for all. Medicare for all is single-payer healthcare. College professors are not giving up their paychecks. And a guaranteed government jobs program can’t pay someone with ‘free.’
