Our coverage of the ongoing domestic abuse and terrorism of American children continues with the help of Tucker Carlson. He did a quick recap of news you might have missed over the long holiday weekend, including the revelation by “experts” that kids could and should have been learning in-person.
Public Schools
Taxpayer-funded Propaganda in the Classroom
Social Justice has infiltrated the Nashua public schools without any pubic discussion at board meetings or elsewhere.
Researchers: The Political Response to COVID is Shortening Your Kids Lives
According to research by Dimitri A. Christakis, MD, MPH,Wil Van Cleve, MD, MPH,Frederick J. Zimmerman, Ph.D. school-aged children in America lost a staggering 5.53 million life-years (YLL) by the end of May 2020 as a result of the political response to COVID19.
Is Your School District Buying Anti-Racism Audits from Third Party Vendors?
The answer to the question posed in the title is probably yes, but this post is more a call to action. In 2015, we helped expose Cenergistic, a third party taking huge payouts from NH school districts to do fake energy audits. Racism Audits feel like a similar scam, though one with a very progressive purpose.
Approved for Achievement?
A school district that doesn’t offer instruction in a particular grade can tuition a student in that grade to a public school outside the district, or to a private school. In order for that to happen, the school has to be ‘approved’ by the Department of Education.
Is ‘Necessary’ the Same as ‘Helpful’?
I was just listening to the Commissioner of Education tell a charming story about how a student with special needs was able to find a creative way to allow him to participate in a welding class at his local school. Like many of the stories he tells, it was heart-warming.
Oops, They Did it Again- Merrimack School District Sinks Deeper into Shambles
The Merrimack School Board doubled down recently on continuing their quest to run the district into the ground.
The Way Things Are, Children Don’t Have Much of a Voice. It’s up to Us to Speak for Them
Dear Legislator,
I am angry. Are you listening? I am a public school teacher (now in Massachusetts) and parent of two children. My family lives in Nashua. Some of you may recall that I have sent a few emails to the legislature in the past and have written an Op-Ed or two.
Citizens Turn Out in Force to Demand Nashua Schools Reopen
Community Calls for Action as 80 Percent of NH Schools Return to Some Form of In-School Learning While Nashua Still Waits for Concrete Plan.
If NH Dems Want More Money for Public “Education” Dartmouth has a 6 Billion Dollar Endowment
Dartmouth College is loaded. They are RICH! By which I mean more money than Oprah (2.6B). If they were one of those other greedy Americans, they’d be, well, George Lucas is worth 5.4 Billion, so they are bigger than him. So, if NH Dems want cash for schools (cough cough), the gateway to these riches is in Hanover.
Computer Crimes Called After Porn Image Appears in NH Online “Classroom”
If anyone can ruin the potential of online learning, it’s the public school system, but that’s not what this story is about. Not exactly. Three recent New Hampshire incidents highlight the unlikelihood of anyone learning anything with the government in charge of distance learning.
Vermont : 75% Rise in Homeschooling Could Hit Public School Budgets Hard
When things don’t go your way, you change the rules. That’s the look I’m getting from Vermont, where parents announcing their intent to homeschool is up 75%. The problem? “State law at present allocates funding to school districts on an “Average Daily Membership (ADM).”
The Strain on families, the Fear, and in Some Cases Grief, have Taken an Immense Toll
It seems that this board has been looking through a very narrow lens that sees only the physical impact of the disease and not the fallout from the precautions we have taken. The isolation, financial and emotional strain on families, the fear, and in some cases grief, have taken an immense toll.
School Union Bosses Are Holding Your Children’s Future Hostage
With fewer than four weeks remaining before school begins, union bosses, school administrative units (SAUs), and school boards seem to be conspiring to hold the school year hostage at the price of our children’s future.
COVID19-Response: The Private Schools are Kicking the Public School’s Ass
The inability of public education to adapt along with the demands of union teachers is sending a message to parents across the country. Teaching Students is not the most important part of that equation. They are also discovering that there are options and this bodes ill (ironically) for the Government Monopoly.
We’ve come a long way since the Governor Approved Temporary Remote Instruction
Op-Ed: On January 29, 2020, long before the public was aware of COVID-19, the Department of Education provided its first Health Alert to school leaders about a developing health concern.
COVID19: Are Teacher’s Unions Unintentionally Destroying their Education Monopoly?
I know people in public education, and watchdogs outside of it. There is pressure for Public Schools to not go back to in-person learning. At least not right away. But that’s a problem for a lot of people, or maybe not. Catholic Schools are stepping up to offer an alternative.
THIS SHOULD SCARE THE CRAP out of Parents with Elementary Age Kids in Public Schools
I’ve been putting up “Man in the street” interviews ever since our humble beginnings. And I am never surprised by how illiterate young people are about our history and how the Government (which DEPENDS on citizens knowing its form) works.
Democrat Chair Ray Buckley Shares Story About Child Abuse to Smear Homeschoolers – Ignores ‘Public School’ Abuses in His Own Political “Back Yard”
DNC Vice-Chair Ray Buckley wants us to talk about child abuse. You’d think he’d have the sense to stay away from that sort of thing. I guess not. He’s sharing a story about the serial abuse of “kids” from Southern California because NH is so similar.
Are Public School Teachers Giving Up on a Normal School Year for 2020-2021 (And is that Bad?)
File this under people send me stuff. A teacher who shall remain anonymous (no relation to me in case you are curious) shared some observations from several teachers’ groups with which they are a member. Summary: people are ALREADY giving up on a typical school year next year.
