I’m not familiar with everything on the list of bills that left the Governor’s desk today. But I do recognize a few of the vetoed bills and New Hampshire should be happy he rejected them.
New Hampshire popping up on a “best of” list is not new. Best for low overall taxes, high quality of life, low poverty, outstanding health outcomes, and more recently, an excellent growing increasingly business-friendly state economy. This number one ranking for Most patriotic seems like another feather in the cap.

Today, in a court case at Rockingham County Court, Judge Marguerite Wageling ruled that signatures of the issuing authority (mayor, police chief or selectman) are not required on pistol/revolver licenses. If you made armed robbery legal, no one would ever get charged. But force would still be used to relieve people of their property against their will. That is also true for vote fraud in New Hampshire. By making it legal to steal votes, it is increasingly unlikely that anyone will ever get charged.
Refugee resettlement is one of those issues most Democrats should be challenged on regularly. The majority of the resettlement agencies get paid billions in government money annually – taxpayer cash paid to religious groups, sans the typical liberal outrage to dump refugees on local communities.

A bipartisan vote of New Hampshire State Senators has overridden Governor Sununu’s veto of the Death penalty repeal bill. The House overrode the Veto last week. The Death Penalty in New Hampshire is repealed.
The headline is, “Gillibrand lands her 1st New Hampshire endorsement for 2020.” Wow. Her first? She’s been popping in and out for weeks. Must be someone important to earn that headline? Nope.
