My name is John Potucek, and I’m running for re-election for State Representative in Derry, Rockingham District 6.
I wanted to take a few minutes to let know a little about myself and what I accomplished in Concord during the 2015-2016 Biennium as your State Representative from Derry with a 100% attendance and a 100% voting record. I never missed a day, nor a vote, in two years.

Not long ago, US Senator Jeanne Shaheen would barely open her mouth about anything in DC other than to announce how much free Federal money she could steer to our state. Suddenly, she is a foreign intelligence hound dog. Tax and Spend Jeanne wants the transcripts of President Trump’s private meeting with Putin.
President Trump excused from the meeting staff that would typically sit in on (but possibly leak) conversations from a private meeting with Mr. Putin. Trump did this so he could talk to Putin in confidence. Smart move now that we know our revered intelligence community elites tapped his communications.
If you are one of those 45 states that are not New Hampshire that may ask a business based here (with no presence there) to collect your sales taxes for you prepare to pay the price. Literally.
For starters, any taxing jurisdiction, before they can approach a New Hampshire business and say, “I think you have sold something to one our residents, pay up,” that taxing jurisdiction will first have to register with the New Hampshire Attorney General and pay a fee.
Spurned by meddling Democrats crying for government intervention in the value of an hour of labor McDonald’s began testing Kiosks in Europe. That expanded to here and there and over there.
But the time has come. No more fiddling around the edges. The trial period has ended. McD’s is putting self-serv kiosks in every restaurant on the planet within two years so kiss all those entry-level jobs goodbye.
In the Left’s new world order you are not allowed to disagree with progressive doctrine even if you are a Jewish immigrant of 30 years who creates jobs that employ immigrants.
Asher Shalom is a legal immigrant from Israel and businessman who employs many immigrants. He recently opened a new cafe in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles. Locals and the business community were welcoming until it became known that Shalom had shared something on social media which showed support for Trump’s immigration policies.
Tolerance and diversity except for Trump.

New Hampshire Gubernatorial candidates Steve Marchand and Molly Kelly are both dedicated Democrats with designs on using government to limit your potential for prosperity. They both support a New Hampshire minimum wage of $15.00/hour; which we know will result in job losses and less monthly income for the very people they claim to want to help.
Nothing new about that. But this is new.
Well, of course – that’s already been decided. But will this have an affect on the Feds’ case on Jerry Delemus? You read, you decide but the first couple of paragraphs are pretty damning:

As we try to ramp GraniteGrok to the next level, one of the things being contemplated is doing Meetups – instead of you coming here, we Groksters would come out and meet with you folks. Purpose? Just to yak, talk, converse – you know, share a bit of fellowship. So, I’d like to find out IF our loyal readers think this might be a good idea, and if it might be, where should they be held and how often? Completely ad hoc or with a bit of an agenda? Just yak, or as Steve said, perhaps have a “GrokThink!” component (yes, I will keep you in suspense). As always, I read all the comments. But I do want to do a couple of polls after the jump (if I can figure this thingy out as I’ve never used the plugin that Steve has been using lately) so each poll might get adjusted as I correct mistakes.
OK, first question: how often?
The lunacy involving NH permitting illegal, out-of-state voting which has continued because there seems to be a complete misunderstanding of how laws work, and what words mean. I can’t even begin to imagine how people in charge of New Hampshire’s election laws read a court case. There is solid proof they only accept parts of decisions.
Here is an article former newspaper reporter Drew Cline wrote which includes some interesting observations of our election laws – by Secretary of State William Gardner. He claims our election laws permit illegal voting – which is hard to comprehend. The article: September 24. 2014 8:57 PM.
A legislative committee met to iron out a remedy to the Wayfair Decision. That Supreme Court ruling could require New Hampshire businesses to collect and remit taxes for other states. No one, regardless of party, seems to want that at least and until New Hampshire Democrats find a way to institute a tax they could then try to make other state’s collect.
We’re not there yet and hopefully never will be, but that’s not even why I’m writing this.
Congress has plenty of vestigial structures but were any of them ever as useless as “retiring” lame-duck congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter?
She not only did nothing to protect our children from the national debt she played a part in doubling it. The government not only got further into our bedrooms under her watch they stormed into our doctor’s offices as well. Her commitment to the environment and green energy saw billions shuffled off to cronies or just flushed down the drain through waste fraud and abuse.
Did she do anything useful?
A year ago Congressional Democrats rolled out a tagline for the upcoming midterms. ‘A Better Deal.’ For who? In New Hampshire, if we believe the Democrats around here, that amounts to higher taxes and more regulations. So it’s a better deal for Democrats, lobbyists, and special interests who benefit from higher taxes and bigger government.
Seeing as all those things will come at your expense, it’s never going to be a better deal for you, even if you sign up on one of the victim-class club lists posted by the gate, outside the walled pavilion where the progressive slogan-writers and liberal luminaries do the people’s work.
Back in March, the House Intelligence Committee issued a “Report On Russian Active Measures,” to the intelligence community. Their findings were ignored or mocked by the media and Democrats. But as Mr. Trump was preparing to meet Mr. Putin, Bob Mueller publicly announced the indictment of 12 Russian military intelligence officials. Big news claims the media and Democrats. Big news.
Except that it is based on a report the Republican Majority House Intelligence committee released back in March to boos and cat-calls from those applauding Mueller today.
Leftists (Liberals, Democrats) sure are in a tailspin these days. And it sure is great to see.
