At last night’s May 4th Salem, New Hampshire Select board meeting board secretary James Keller is reportedly fed up. According to the scuttlebutt, he is tired of people not caring if he dies (from the Coronavirus) and has proposed a fine for anyone who is out in public without a mask.
The state of Ohio has set up a website for employers. As businesses begin to reopen, they want to know who has not returned to work, if they quit (resigned), or if they are milking the unemployment system and just hanging out at home.
Russia tries to interfere with every election. But in 2016, the Democrats made sure that meddling had legs. They took disinformation provided to Christopher Steele (they paid for) and used it to unseat a President. But the CIA and FBI had evidence of Putin’s favorite as far back as Jan 2017. And it wasn’t Trump.
Back in 2018, we posed a simple question. Was the University of New Hampshire taking strings attached funding from China? It has had a Confucius Institute for ten years, and in March of 2018, the CIA flagged them as foreign influence organizations.

These media idiots are not as dumb as we imagine. They are redefining the effort of people to free themselves from a smothering government as fascist. If they do it long enough, absent meaningful resistance, future generations will embrace their new meaning.
Almost two weeks ago, we reported on the Novia Scotia murderer. They dressed up like a Royal Canadian Mounty, drove a car made to look like it belonged to the police, and killed 22 people. The police believe he got his guns illegally, a problem whose solution (to the liberal mind) is to make those guns illegal.
Protesters in Maine, much like New Hampshire, gathered in their state capitol on Saturday. Their governor (like ours) isn’t opening the state fast enough.

As we wrestle with the problem or reopening New Hampshire and the nation (faster/sooner), we have news from Europe. Denmark, which began reopening schools, daycares, and small businesses, has not seen a spike in the numbers of infected.
Hundreds of people lined up outside Sunday River Brewing Co on Friday. They were there to enjoy a sit down meal and support owner Rick Savage for defying Maine’s lockdown order. But the State of Maine was not happy, so it pulled his operating licenses.

The media avoided the story for as long as it could. Yes, the Tara Reade “rape allegation.” The classic comparison is to the Kavanaugh witch trials. And that’s a fair bit of hypocrisy from Democrats who are avoiding this like the COVID Plague. But my first take was a bit different.
