The results of the defund-democrats war on policing have already been time-tested. Minneapolis tried it, and crime skyrocketed, a problem duplicated in liberal cities across the looted plains.
Minneapolis, where George Floyd couldn’t breathe because of a self-administered Fentanyl overdose, exploded when he died. Anger, violence, looting, and riots, destroyed minority neighborhoods. Democrats immediately blamed the police and pushed an otherwise unknown priority – no police, branded as ‘Defund the Police.’
“Defund the Police,” is a now a mainstream moniker. Minneapolis now has a veto-proof majority in city government to scrap the entire police department. The problem is they have no plan to replace the police with an alternative.
I noted earlier this week that if you wanted to get a look at what a city without police would be like, the riots were an excellent place to start. Here’ another one. Los Angeles. The city of angels. As in 250% more people have become angels (or demons) during the peaceful anti-police protests.
