I’m still trying to get the training wheels back on this thing so bear with me but this episode is shorter, as originally promised. In five minutes I pose questions based on the idea that America is in decline.
With President Biden’s approval rating down to 36 percent, he is now more unpopular than his two predecessors ever were in office. But, beyond politics, the very idea of America is losing luster.
As promised, I am rebooting interviews under the title of the Real Resistance Podcast. First up is Professor Lawrence Mead. He is an expert on poverty and culture and has written a book about the need to assimilate immigrants (legal or otherwise), or American Culture could perish.
As our ‘leaders’ contemplate military action in Ukraine, and more vaccine madness at home… having already decimated our own economy and the freedoms that allowed us to build it… it’s worth recalling the following observation — one might almost call it a prediction — made by President Lincoln:

Missionaries from Wokeistan have been preaching it for years. You need to decolonize Thanksgiving. You know, apologize for being the indigenous relatives of those who conquered those indigenous people who came before them.
“Truth dies in darkness.” So do starving people. Living in one of the most prosperous countries in the history of the world, I am dumbstruck by the number of liberals, progressives, and communists who would push Americans into Venezuelan-style inflation, starvation, and socialism.
A former state representative responded to my recent post about the Marxist nature (those who have more, pay more, simply because they can) of many of our taxes. He justified the existence of rate-based taxes by quoting a bank robber:
