Boys claiming to be girls to compete in their sporting events was a predictable problem. It’s not a cultural or social issue; it is a genetic issue. Mother Nature, the creator, God, evolution, whomever you care to finger for the distinctions gave men and women different advantages.

Science is a problem for the Left when it is allowed to be science. Question the norms, challenge assumptions, and test every hypothesis. That should be the consensus, not the Scientism that undermines science to curry political favor.
“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” – Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972.
HB 396 is needed to clarify that nothing in New Hampshire law prevents public facilities from differentiating between the biological sexes in athletic competitions, prisons, locker rooms, restrooms, or places of intimate privacy.
Democrats continue to insist that despite the risks (fraud, assault, injury, etc.), if a boy wants to play on the girl’s team (use their locker room, showers), that’s social justice, but New Hampshire has legislation that would protect girls by limiting sports participation to biology at birth, so – naturally – they have to object.
Molly Brennan of Weare, NH testified in a hearing in the NH House Education Committee against HB1205, a bill to protect women’s and girls’ sports, on January 29.
IN EARLY 2021, our New Hampshire House Education Committee held a hearing on a transgender sports measure. I had serious concerns about biological (XY chromosome) boys playing contact sports against biological (XX chromosome) girls but naturally wanted to hear everyone’s thoughts.
