The kids’ climate case was a class-action lawsuit. The idea was to get the courts to force the government into action on catastrophic climate change. Failing or refusing to do so violates the kid’s rights to life, liberty, and property.
At this week’s hearing on HB1251, I went up to Dr. Richard when the hearing was closed and introduced myself. I was intrigued by his testimony and his presentation style. While I’m waiting for the video to be processed, I’m going to put up his testimony now.
A bill to tax sales of electronics in New Hampshire made news this week, and the bemused media coverage it drew was justified. Yet New Hampshire Union Leader State House Bureau Chief Kevin Landrigan saw a different, and more important, angle.
Many years after and even in the wake of the availability of such an expanse of knowledge, ‘old wives tales’ continue to circulate, spread from person to person and handed down from generation to generation. Whilst some of these takes have been debunked for a very long time now, there are still a couple of … Read more
momScott Morefield for the Daily Caller reports that the Richmond based Antifa Seven Hills will join conservatives in a second amendment protest. It seems Antifa strongly opposes the Virginia Democrat gun measures, now likely to become law.
Seth Meyers the “Late Night with Seth Meyers” host took a shot at Republicans on Thursday. He claimed they are “lacking diversity and not fighting ‘for everyone’.” It was mean and bigoted and it was inaccurate, but that is not unusual.

Yet democracy and liberty cannot be complementary political values, at least not without significant effort at constitutional reconciliation. At base, democracy embraces the principle that majorities dominate minorities. Last night was the Public Hearing for both the Town and the School District; about 100 people showed up with the majority of them being employees of both + elected officials from both. Thus, other than a few self-interested members of the public, most were self-interested from a special interest group perspective. Pretty much everything … Read more
If you bought into the impeachment political theatre of a somber and serious constitutional crisis, you are a fool. It’s never been about the Constitution, and more a partisan circus. Capped off by Nancy Pelosi, literally, in gold and silver.

The “prepper” community has been steadily growing, and more and more folks have been making sure that they’ll be … Read more
Partisan politics should stop when it comes to foreign policy. The strike on Soleimani was about defending America. We need to be behind the president and what he did. Every one of those countries watches our news media. They are seeing what the opposition party is saying.
It’s not so much secession as a realignment of interests. And it’s not the first time. West Virginia exists because of disagreements with the folks in Richmond a while back. Culture, war, slavery, and 150 plus years after that, it’s the right to keep and bear arms.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has at last rolled her Sisyphean boulder of impeachment to the top of Capitol Hill. There it teeters, awaiting a flick of Mitch McConnell’s finger to send it careening back down, squashing every 2020 Democrat hopeful in its path. The Speaker is like a bank robber, who, holding a … Read more
