The Amherst College Office of Diversity and Inclusion released a ‘common language document‘ for all of its students this past week. If you are guessing that it was not at all diverse and exclusionary you’d be correct. A problem that led to the office reversing course within days.
Spencer McKinnon copped a plea deal for voting in Durham New Hampshire after submitting an absentee ballot to his how hometown in Massachusetts. McKinnon’s lawyer now says an ‘adult’ at UNH told him it was okay for him to vote here.

The AG’s office has issued an indictment against a UNH student for voting in two states in the 2016 election.
(Spencer) McKinnon, who identifies himself as a UNH student on his Facebook page, was indicted last week by a Strafford County grand jury, MacDonald’s office announced.
He is charged with knowingly voting twice in the Nov. 8, 2016, general election.
Earlier I pointed out that the high penalty for violating SB3 is $5000 which is being used as an argument against allowing the law to come into force (“The $5,000 fine is financially crushing to college students“). This was pointed out as part of the Democrat testimony against SB3 (reformatted, emphasis mine):
Recent UNH graduate Doug Marino, now working as a volunteer in the Congressional campaign of Democrat Chris Pappas, testified as to his experience in recruiting student voters on campus. “I believe it (SB3) will deter students from voting. College students as it is are extremely busy, particularly first-year students, who are in a new place or on their own for the first time,” he said. “Even those who may want to register to vote may be wary of doing so if they have to sign a document that could potentially carry legal penalties.”
Especially if they are lying?

What is the most important qualification for voting in the State of New Hampshire? This puzzle has “confused” people for decades. One qualification is being 18 years of age – but then again – lots of people are 18 years of age.
So, there must be something else that would set a group of people above the age of 18 apart from all others when it comes to voting in our state.
Let’s check the first two most important sentences in Part 1 Article 11 of our State Constitution when it comes to voting:
I was in Concord Yesterday. The car in front of me on Main Street, a Honda Fit, had a Clinton-Kaine bumper sticker and another from the ACLU that said something like ‘Let Them Vote.’
The ACLU and I get along swimmingly on issues of free speech but not so much on their false-flag, straw-man student voting rights agenda which, in New Hampshire, has a laser-focus on making excuses for letting non-residents steal local elections. A narrative that took a knee to the groin this past week with the State Supreme Court decision on House Bill 1264.
As a public courtesy, I feel compelled to revisit this at least one more time, because the Liberals won’t stop kicking the dead horse of ‘student voting rights’ which, if considered in the proper context, may constitute vote suppression by New Hampshire Democrats.
California is a birthplace of stupidity. At CalPoly a progressive group doing its part to make dumb chic, got offended when two students appeared in a picture (on Snapchat) in which one of them has a series of tight braids.
A disruptive heckler who was filmed harassing Dave Rubin during a speech at the University of Hampshire on May 1 turns out to be a Senior Lecturer in Women’s Studies at UNH.
Rubin, a well-known gay, Democrat online talk show host, has recently gained popularity among young conservatives for his willingness to provide a platform to conservative personalities such as Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, and transgender conservative commentator Blaire White. His May 1 UNH speech largely focused on civil discourse, free speech, and tolerance of ideas.
According to Campus Reform, UNH Women’s Studies Professor Dr. Joelle Ruby Ryan has been identified as one of the primary opponents to free speech.
Greg Moore took me by surprise with a tweet about how the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) had given UNH its highest rating for free speech. Say what?
Again, the Left has no ability to let people have a bit of fun; in this case, another manifestation of Cultural Marxism (sub-type “Cultural Appropriation”) has taken over the place where most of us would think would be a melting pot of ideas and cultures.
Oh, sorry, “melting post” is now a micro-aggression.
The Univerity of New Hampshire has added a Social Media Policy to its Student’s Rights, Rules, and Responsibility code of conduct. It’s a Big Brother chill-blanket on free speech that allows anyone to report anyone else whenever they think their feelings have been hurt or the feelings of others might be hurt.
What could go wrong?
The New Hampshire Young Democrats Facebook page has a status update seeking help to make phone calls to stop HB1264. They mean to prevent efforts that could stop “out of state students” “from voting in New Hampshire.”
These are the same Young Democrats who will not phone bank to end the injustice of high-priced out-of-state tuition rules which directly contradict their justification for letting those non-resident students vote here in the first place.
Let’s dig into that contradiction, shall we?
