Cancel culture and censorship are not about fairness or justice. They are the opposite of protecting yourself from the predations of the powerful. They are not about protecting minorities from abuse or offense. Rather, these things, cancel culture and censorship, are about accumulating power for the elite.
Republicans are more prone to advocate for Free Markets, Libertarians more so, and Democrats not at all. Yes, Republicans are sometimes better than Democrats, but they always seem to want Government to have a hand in things. That we are not able to decide for ourselves.
As Americans, we picture representative government through the lens of controlled history, unable to call for a replay to see through the deception that rewriters of history have caused. Most of the progressives fomenting the Marxist revolution in America, or anywhere for that matter, understand what it is they are doing. They just assume the new world order will grant them carte blanche or, at the very least, have a use for them. Not true.
