The big news yesterday was the Federal Dept. of education ruling that men competing against women (or as women) at Franklin Pierce University violates Title IX. The bigger news that is not yet the news is that if this is true at FPU, New Hampshire has a law that violates Title IX.
Title IX
Civil Rights Division Rules: Letting Men Compete as Women in College Sports Violates Title IX
We knew this was coming. Letting biological men compete with women always violated Title IX in our opinion. And now the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights has found Franklin Pierce University in violation.
Men are Dominating Women’s Sports
New Hampshire women athletes are losing to men in sports; men who have gone through male puberty and who are much stronger and faster than the women they’re competing against.
“I am dedicated to the success and welfare of our students”
To the Voters of Gilford,
My name is Kyle Sanborn and I am running for the open seat on our town’s school board. Many of you have known me for a long time as my family moved to Gilford in 1982 and I attended Gilford schools from grades K-12, graduating in 2001.
ACLU-NH Puts on Gaslighting Clinic at Senate Education Committee
ACLU of New Hampshire Executive Director Devon Chaffee treated the New Hampshire Senate Education and Workforce Development Committee to a gaslighting clinic at a hearing for SB 480, which would prevent boys from competing on girls’ public school sports teams.
Finally, some sanity – HB 1251 (prohibiting biological boys from biological girls teams)
2+2 = 4 —
“This bill prohibits public schools from permitting a male student to participate in a student sport designated for females.”
NH Republicans Throw Down A Gauntlet to Keep Boys From Competing in Girls’ Sports
Boys claiming to be girls to compete in their sporting events was a predictable problem. It’s not a cultural or social issue; it is a genetic issue. Mother Nature, the creator, God, evolution, whomever you care to finger for the distinctions gave men and women different advantages.
Transgender policy erases girls’ gains in athletics
To the residents of Gilford & Gilmanton, If you are not already aware, our School Board is on the brink of adopting a new transgender nondiscrimination policy based on the passage of SB 263. Now, on the surface, this sounds like a good idea, right? I don’t imagine many people would tolerate a transgendered student … Read more
Sununu Signs HB608 – Gender Rights Supersede The rights of Biological Women and Taxpayers
As I’ve noted repeatedly while Republican Governor Chris Sununu has held fast on gun rights and economic issues, he sucks on social issues. So, it’s no surprise he just signed HB608, which gives gender, whatever that means, rights over those of biological women.
Sununu Signs Gender Bill Erasing Title IX Distinctions And I Predict Lawsuits as Far as The Eye Can See
SB 263 was sold and signed into law as a bill to end gender discrimination in Public schools. I doubt it was the problem they claimed but regardless, the new law undercuts Title IX by erasing what it means to be a girl. What could go wrong?
HS Girl Who Missed Sports Scholarship Chance to Trans-Competitors Files Complaint with Feds
A Connecticut High School track star was poised to get a shot at a college scholarship until the #WokeingDead allowed boys to compete against her. Instead of placing sixth, which would have put her talent in front of college scouts, she placed eighth. A pair of boys playing at being girls took first and second place.
Will SB263 Require NH Schools to Allow Biological Boys to Compete in Girls Sports?
We’ve been warning New Hampshire about the Council on Diversity and Inclusion. One of its first issues was that NH is too white. It then went on to promote SB263, sold as a much-needed add-on to anti-discrimination “protections” in public schools. As in, end gender discrimination against boys who want to compete in girls’ sports?
U.S. Department of Education investigates Yale for Discriminating Against Men
According to a letter dated April 26, the department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is investigating seven Yale initiatives, including the Yale Women Faculty Forum, the Working Women’s Network, the Yale University Women’s Organization, and the Yale Women’s Campaign School.
These initiatives allegedly provide, to varying degrees, scholarships, professional development, academic opportunities, and summer programs exclusively to female students and professors, the complaint alleges.
The Equity movement has nothing to do with equality and inclusion because the terms contradict each other.
Where So-Called “Trans Rights” May Violate Title IX
New Hampshire is on the verge of denying rights to people under the pretense of providing them. The Trans bill sailed through the House under the cover of giving something to a class of persons what they already had under existing law. Rights they’ve been exercising all along.
In the process, the Legislature has handed lawyers a colossal bag of easy money while complicating the lives of thousands of business owners and hundreds of local municipalities who must know address the needs of an unknown number of claimants to these rights. Unknown because anyone can claim them at any time in a toxic culture where daring to question their veracity is equally treacherous.
