He has not been charged with a hate crime or any sort of discrimination for falsely painting white supporters of the President as abusive racists. He is not alleged to have fabricated an attack for attention. But will face 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct for lying to and then wasting the time and resources of the Chicago PD.
