Jussie Smollett Indicted on 16 Felony Counts

Jussie “Subway” Smollett has been charged by a Cook County Illinois Grand Jury. He has not been charged with a hate crime or any sort of discrimination for falsely painting white supporters of the President as abusive racists. He is not alleged to have fabricated an attack for attention. But will face 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct for lying to and then wasting the time and resources of the Chicago PD.

According to KXLY.com

“A person commits disorderly conduct when he or she knowingly … (4) Transmits or causes to be transmitted in any manner to any peace officer, public officer or public employee a report to the effect that an offense will be committed, is being committed, or has been committed, knowing at the time of the transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that the offense will be committed, is being committed, or has been committed.”

Smollett’s alleged antics are well known to our readers. He was initially charged with a class 4 felony in February for filing a false report. Smollet put up a $10,000.00 bond on $100,000.00 bail and was released after giving up his passport and being subjected to supervision. Since then a grand jury was empaneled to review the case and determine whether or not to bring charges.

Smollett continues to insist he is innocent. I guess he forgot he wrote a check for 3500.00 for supplies and the assistance of two black men from Nigeria. They played the part of the white MAGA hat wearing racists who attacked him.

No one in the media has been charged with lapping it up and regurgitating it to the world. Not formally. Though we are still waiting for Nick Sandmann’s lawyers to sure a few more of them over the Covington kids smear.
