Last Tuesday was the latest Gilford School Board Meeting. While it wasn’t quite as contentious as what has been happening elsewhere in NH lately, I’d like to think that I’m trying to point out that School Board members aren’t doing their due diligence from a Legal / Policy standpoint.

Last Tuesday was the latest Gilford School Board meeting and I think that “had a bit of steam up” would be technically correct and descriptive. While there are Public Comment sections in the Agenda, I still haven’t received an answer to a rather simple question:

The idiocy – it annoys me. Superintendent Kirk Beitler (who I DIDN’T include when I sent my latest RSA 91:A Right To Know demand to the Gilford School Board – only to my Elected Representatives) was the one that sent the response to it.
Lying to Parents – Superintendent’s Response is Sheer Laziness – Beitler restarts “the pattern”
A bit of a recap here: The Gilford School Board, in its Policy JBAB, codifies Lying to Parents, either by commission or omission, when it comes to their children relative to their gender dysphoria/transgenderism. It has declared that, in this Dillon’s Rule state, that it has such power to grant a new Right to an Individual.
