It seems that both Heath Partington and Mark Lindeman (Co-Director, Verified Voting), who the Windham Selectmen picked to do the “Windham Incident” Forensic Audit on the November 3 electoral results, both hate forensic electoral audits.
Windham, NH – Last November 3, 2020, the general election results for the Windham State Representative race wound up being significantly different from the hand recount. The vote count error has become known as the “Windham Incident” because the discrepancies between election day and the recount were the highest in the history of the state.
The NH Voter Integrity Group is hosting a FREE event on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 7pm in Concord, NH. The featured speakers will be Senator Bob Giuda, Windham resident and activist Ken Eyring, Belknap County GOP Official Dr. David Strang, and NH Voter Integrity Group Founder Marylyn Todd.
When Senate Bill 43 was signed into law on April 12, 2021, it triggered forensic audits of the Windham ballots and machines that were used in the November 2020, general election. It also triggered a 45-day clock that mandates a deadline for the audit to be completed.
Dear Windham Board of Selectmen, I understand that (Monday, April 19th) at 7:00 PM, you will be holding your next select board meeting. At this meeting, you intend to hear comments from Windham residents regarding the selection of a forensic analyst to be designated by the town for the election audit.
When the integrity of NH elections are questioned… there should be no compromises made regarding transparency when seeking answers. None. Election integrity issues should be resolved in an open, public process for all to observe. Unfortunately, it appears the Windham Board of Selectmen do not agree.
Thanks to your efforts, Senate Bill 43 has been signed into law. Your phone calls, emails, and social media posts helped to ensure that SB43 got fast-tracked to the Governor’s desk. BUT… THIS FIGHT IS NOT OVER!

In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43.
SB43 was PASSED by the NH House of Representatives this morning on the Consent Calendar! Because it was modified with an amendment in the House it will have to go back to the Senate, where there are three different paths for the Bill to take. The Senate can vote to:

Update: When the Windham Board of Selectmen attempted to open the meeting, the zoom capacity was maxed out, causing the discussion on the election audit and SB43 to be rescheduled for March 1, 2021, at 7p.
