How Do You Create A Job?

How do you create a job? Easy question, unless you are a liberal democrat like Dick Blumenthal.  Linda McMahon asked this question in her debate last night with Dick whom she is running against for the a Senate Seat from Connecticut.  He didn’t seem to know how. (See Red State for the video). Oddly enough, … Read more

Shea-Porter On Health Care

My realk name isk Karol SpentalotkThere’s an Ad running that points out some facts.  Carol Seiu-Porter voted for Obamacare.  It will make costs rise.  You will lose coverage.  No body wanted it. It will affect seniors.

These are indisputable facts.  Companies have to drop coverage because ObamaCare makes it too expensive.  Insurers are dropping kids and doctors are running away from medicaid.  People with pre existing conditions can get coverage–they just can’t afford the premiums now.  Medicare advantage is dead and seniors will be affected.

The only thing the ad didn’t point out is that this is all intentional to force the nation into a government run single payer plan.  That is also true.

So this destruction is on purpose, and Carol favors it.

Despite that her campaign has come out and said…

This is a classic example of an extreme outside organization trying to mislead New Hampshire voters," Shea-Porter spokeswoman Jamie Radice said in a statement.

-As reported by Karen Langely at the Concord Monitor

This group, Revere America, is run by former NY Gov. Geroge Pataki.  He’s a centrist Republican at best.  Which is instructive.  If Seiu-Porter thinks a moderate is an extremist, it puts into perspective just how much a socialist she actually is.  Which begs one more question.

How did a state with the motto Live Free or Die elect a congressman whose motto is "Hail Pelosi!"

The Ad is on the jump.

The Democrat Infection Map -Watch the Jobs Die

This is a capture of an interactive map showing the unemployment legacy of Barack Obama and the Democrats.  It runs to June of 2010.  You can go here to watch the infection spread.  Then you can go to ballot box on November 2nd to vote out the democrats so the healing can begin.

This HAS to be an omen…

Oops…has this ever happened before?  Obama is such a comedian…I think it is extremely ironic that it fell off, just as he was saying, “we cannot sustain…“ I’ll take it as a sign…of impending impotence…from someone.

The Congresswoman From EMILY’s List

I guess when Carol Shea-Porter took office she swore to defend her special interest donors before the constitution and the people. That’s how she’s legislated. That’s how she’s voted. That’s who she is.

Lunch for Lynch

Mike Hoefer is skipping his Lunch for Lynch and he’s asking the folks at Boo Hoo Hampshire to do the same.  He figures, rather than spend $9.68 at Panera bread he’s donating that money to Lynch for Governor to help fight back against the attacks by NOM. Well Mike, I have a few thoughts. Panera … Read more

Lynch Lies Some More

He lied about the confab being for campaign contributions, he lied about the deficit and spending, he lied about balancing the budget, the "surplus" meme is a lie in the context with which he’s applied it, he stood for parental rights then shot them down, he said he was against broad based taxes but signed … Read more

Bill O’Brien and Historic Change in the NH House of Representatives

Here’s something no one has discussed: For possibly the first time in New Hampshire history, "newcomers" to the state House of Representatives—first and second term reps—will constitute a majority. And not a small one either. A very large one.

7th term state Rep. Bob Rowe has just released a commentary. Here, in part, is what he says:

"You have seen the voter attitude towards incumbents; much of the criticism is justified, and yet it is the incumbents who have institutional memory. Their experience is vital in the Legislature. However, it will be the newer members who will control our caucus.  In January I expect first-term and second-term Republican legislators will constitute over 75 percent of our party members in the House."

After speaking kind words about both Bill O’Brien and Gene Chandler—both candidates for Speaker of the House—Rep. Rowe goes on to say as follows: "My choice for Speaker is Bill O’Brien. Why? We need to honor and understand the past, but we have new challenges before us. We need new leadership policies, organization and programs; the Republican management methods of the past are not adequate. New Hampshire requires a responsible, but new thinking Republican Speaker to insure the House will follow the Republican Platform. Bill will do this. I ask that you vote for Bill O’Brien for Speaker."

Rep. Rowe’s full commentary, intended for all the Republicans currently running for the NH State House of Representatives follows….

Wrong Way

Wrong-Way_Goffstown_Democrats

In the long and undistinguished line of left wing rubber stamps milling about the State House like zombies, you can find Kevin Hodges of Hillsborough 7, perhaps better known as Kevin "Awesome Cool" Hodges, among the undead.  Kevin garnered a small measure of fame after an encounter with a young lady in his district who took umbrage with his casual use of vulgar language and his insults of experienced Republican legislators.

One editorial (and this blog post) later and Kevin was destined for a followup–so here it is.

Left’s Got Nothing, So Let’s Take Out The Trash

Put this Congress Where It BelongsComparing 8/28 to 10/2 is a bit silly.  One was not meant to be political, the latter was entirely so.  8/28 inspired hundreds of thousands to share rides and come together in honor, One-Nation’s unions and CP activists paid for the buses that delivered their paltry numbers.  8/28 was a kind and caring event about thanks and personal reflection, 10/2 was a crowd of selfish, angry windbags looking to protect their free ride on the backs of the taxpayers, and to expand the totalitarian power of a huge central government.

Not too many people seemed to want that.

One Nation – Sick Lying Bastards

So the lying liberal progressive dirt bags who want to turn America into a socialist state are the same lying dirt bags who post pictures like this to give the impression that anyone actually gives a damn about their stupid cause.

Ovide at American Thinker

At this critical time, we must subordinate our personal self-interest to that of the greater good, which is to restore the power of people over government, to break the stranglehold of the special interests and the entitlement class over Congress, and to devolve power from Washington back to the states and the people. The unprincipled, self-serving actions of Murkowski and Crist threaten these important goals, and they must be rejected by Republican leaders and activists everywhere.

The Spirit of New Hampshire…

…lives in the heart of Rep. Bill O’Brien. Support him to become the next Speaker of the House in NH.

Winds Of Change

It should be common knowledge that if we get rid of John Lynch and enough democrats that we can also free New Hampshire from the retarded fad known as RGGI. And the green energy initiatives that are all based on flawed science and an economic model that costs us jobs and business growth.

Charlie and the Conservatives….Part 2

Tom has a good post on the meeting at Jennifer Horn’s home last night – and that house was packed!  TMEW and I both attended – and no, we were not the folks who traveled the furthest to be in attendance.  Even though we are in District 1 and will be voting for Frank Guinta, I saw it as a "must" opportunity to give Mr. Bass my concerns from the Conservative side of the Republican Party.

He tried to make his points, as Tom pointed out.  Normally, I would have video’d the meeting so that you, our readers, could make up your own minds without the filter of impressions of others (including my own).  Fortunately (or not, depending on your point of view), we were asked not to (even Charlie mentioned the aspect of being YouTube’d in an unflattering matter with such a crowd).

Most of the folks were concerned – very concerned, and they let Charlie know of that concern in no uncertain terms.  Topics ranged from abortion to Cap N Trade to illegal immigration to taxes to Obamacare to….well, you get the message (did Charlie?).  In each aspect of their question, what shown was the message of "smaller government, smaller footprint, less interference in our lives, and stop taking choices away from us."  They want Government to be in the background and "out of their face", wagging its finger in their faces at almost every turn.  They are very concerned that the tipping point is upon us – or perhaps past us.  Uppermost was "has the US devolved into a Socialist Democracy where Government is preeminent rather than us?"

DSCC Ditching Hodes

I was hearing rumors that the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) was not going to dump any more money down the Hodes-hole.   Then I read a post by Fergus Cullen over at Red Hampshire in which he believes recent phone polling appears to be testing the waters as to whether or not Hodes has the necessary level of interest for continued support.  And I just received a text last night indicating that the DSCC appears to be ready to pull the plug.

Watching Hodes deny it will be worth the price of speculation.
