Obama Is A Murderer [Updated]

He is.  He even has a kill list.  They bragged about it.  Foreign terrorists have constitutional rights but killing American Citizens without a trial is not above Mr. Obama.  Yes, the Peace Prize winner has a kill list.  And he is using it. Meanwhile, that Obama Super PAC Ad about how Romney “Murdered” a Steel … Read more

Guest Post: Frank Szabo For Sheriff Of Hillsborough County

NO SUCH THING AS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Frank Szabo is running for Sheriff of Hillsborough County.

“Constitutional Rights” is a fiction and misleading.  Our Rights are Natural Rights and are unalienable.  The Constitution is a document which defines the government.  It is a document of creation and it is a strict limit on the powers and authority of government.  It does not limit Citizens.  The Rights of Citizens specifically enumerated for protection in the Constitution were those deemed most important for the continuance ofLibertyand Freedom.  It was not a complete list, nor could it be.

Our government was created by the people, for the people.  After the American Revolution, the Citizens became the sovereigns.  As Sovereign Citizens, We The People created local and state governments to ensure peace and prosperity.  The state governments then created the federal government to further ensure those goals.  Nowhere in the formation documents (constitution) is there authority for the creature to direct – or control – its master.  Also, the federal government was never intended to have any direct contact with Citizens.

Will Planned Parenthood in NH Lose Its Pharmacist Licenses

Don’t ask why but I got this story from of all places, Think Progress…

State law requires a licensed pharmacist to dispense prescriptions, but it contains an exemption for family-planning clinics if they operate under contract with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

In April, Right to Life filed a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy claiming that exemption no longer applies.

The presumption is that when the NH Executive council terminated State funding the relationship with NH-DES ended, thereby…um…aborting the exemption.

Following the Trail from Sustainability…to Tyranny (Part 1)

Stack em and Pack em

This is part-1 of a series that breaks down the “sustainability” movement, and explains how some in NH are working to constrain individual liberties with it.

Fellow citizen, please ask yourself these questions.

What if…..

  • The state began taxing your private well-water usage, declaring ownership of it?
  • You could no longer collect rain water on your property?
  • The state taxed you on septic design and annual usage?
  • You could not grow a vegetable garden without a permit?
  • You were taxed on the number of miles driven yearly in your car?
  • The state decided to build multi-story housing complexes in your town, for the purpose of housing low-income people from the nearest city?
  • You were taxed based on the amount of CO2 your house produced?
  • You could not choose the color of your house?
  • Single-family houses were banned, and your town was forced to build 20 housing units per acre?
  • Towns were required to keep 25% of their lands undeveloped?
  • Your town was sued by a private group, for not complying with diversity and equity standards…which your town legally agreed to?

What if the federal government could not make this happen directly, but found a back door?

GrokTV – Jane Cormier for NH House – Questions 9 & 10

Well, it has been a wee bit of time since the last post of our interview series with Jane Cormier (running for the NH House in Belknap 8 – Alton, Barnstead, and Gilmanton) as we spent half of last week / weekend in Washington DC at the Americans for Prosperity’s Defending the American Dream event.  Thus, time to ramp it up again and finish up.

Question 9: can the NH Budget be further trimmed? How much if yes?

Question 10: Right To Know – For or Against?

Also after the  jump, it turns out that Jane was also in DC for the AFP event (I did not know that she was going), so when she strolled by in Radio Row, I invited her to sit.

GrokTV-AFPF Defending the American Dream – Pam Bondi, Attorney General for the State of Florida

AFP - Defending American Dream 2012This past weekend was the Americans for Prosperity’s Defending the American Dream Summit; a gathering of free market and Liberty and Freedom loving activists who came to go to workshops to sharpen their skills and to listen to an impressive list of well known (and loved) speakers.  GraniteGrok was invited to come  and spent the weekend on Radio Row where, obviously enough, radio talk hosts came in to do their shows remotely and to interview some of the speakers and notables that were at the event (we were the only blogsite allowed and the only ones doing live video of our interviewees!). So besides the first interview series (“What is your American Dream – and Obama’s?“), we had a fair number of folks.  Most notable was Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of Florida; I learned two things quickly:

Ask a New Hampshire Democrat…About Taxing ‘The Rich.’

I am willing to bet that almost every New Hampshire Democrat supports the national agenda on taxing corporations and “the rich.”  To paraphrase Kyle Reese from the original Terminator movie, in regard to Democrats raising taxes…  “That’s what they do.  That’s all they do.”

The real problem is, of course, spending, which Democrats deny.  “It’s not about spending,” they say, “we need the rich to pay ‘Their fair share®.'” But  all you have to do to prove they are wrong (again) is to look at what would happen if Democrats actually got those taxes they say we have to have on corporations and the wealthy.

A Rose By Any Other Name…

This may sound like a strange observation but I think we can narrow down the field of potential Romney VP candidates based on how well their name sounds after “Romney.”  (I am amused by the notion that this might matter.)   Romney-Christie, for example, does not roll off the tongue the way “Romney-Ryan” would.   And let’s face it, Obama- Biden may one day be a slang term for economic destruction (if it is not already), but it rolls off the tongue as if it were a beautifully constructed expletive.

Drops hot Tuna casserole…”Obamabiden!”

He didn’t build that! Oh yeah he DID….

Oh what the heck. Some pictures, posters, and images are so good that I’ve just got to take up the space to share them. Of course, when we say “he built that,” we must be careful to specify he had plenty of help…from the Democrats and RINO’s in Congress!       :——–)       <—Libertarian-conservative … Read more

The best cartoon series in the world….

A well-dressed Day-by-Day cartoon character....

It’s called “Day-by-Day,” and it’s drawn and written by Chris Muir, an accidental cartoonist who lives in Florida. His story is one of extraordinary “underground success.” Back in May I sent him an email complimenting him on one of his cartoons. A few minutes later somebody calls my office and says “Is this Tim Condon? This is Chris Muir.” Heh! Couldda knocked me over with a feather! We chatted for a time and I found out…

Are Democrats Really This Stupid?

The latest presidential campaign message to come from the Smartest guy ever to hold the Office™ is that the presumptive Republican opponent is like Robin Hood. They are calling him “Romney Hood.” That’s right.  With the accumulated knowledge of a Drove (or better yet a Flange, Wake, Venue, or Kettle) of White Tower intellectual and … Read more

Plans Within Plans…

Seeing as class struggle is the primary motivation behind progressive left-wing rhetoric…  And Democrats we’re fine with implementing a program like Fast & Furious, for the stated purpose of using the results of such an endeavor to create public outrage that might lead to further limiting second amendment rights….  How far-fetched is it to suggest … Read more

Leave It To Beavers

The Hayden Reservoir is gone so where did the fish goThe big news today is the disappearance of an entire pond in Hollis, New Hampshire.  The town decided to breach a dam, which drained Hayden Reservoir, becasue it was cheaper than keeping it and paying for the work to meet the sharia-law like standards, tithing, and annual tribute demanded by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental services.

I’m sure the DES is disappointed.

New Hampshire “Democrat” Values

Michelle Obama was in New Hampshire recently, talking about how Barack will win here because they have “New Hampshire Values.”  I realize that what she meant was New Hampshire Democrat party values, which are more like ‘Chicago Values,’ than actual ‘New Hampshire values.’ You know the values she means; big spending, more taxes and fees, … Read more
