My interest in this decision is two-fold. First, no small amount of effort has been expended on these pages to highlight the abuse of rights on college campuses or the culture that facilitates it. Second, I attended the University of Buffalo, which was just dope-slapped by a New York State Appellate Court for its banana-republic-like judgment against a student.

As you may know, the New Hampshire Executive Council has voted in the past to approve funding for abortion clinics here in the Granite State.
Although Planned Parenthood advertises itself as an organization promoting health care for women and families, it IS the nation’s largest abortion provider and has been repeatedly plagued by scandal and abuse. It is a private organization that shouldn’t be funded by taxpayers.

The headline reads, “Man in NH allegedly peered at 12-year-old girl over changing room wall.” How do they know s/he’s a man? How dare they even assume, given that it is an act of discrimination in this state?
Eric Muldowney, 30 of Somerville, Massachusetts, was charged with violation of privacy and simple assault, according to WMUR in New Hampshire. The incident took place Sunday in the Gap store at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Tilton, New Hampshire, about two hours north of Boston.
I’m not sure why s/he isn’t suing the GAP, the Tanger Outlets, the Tilton PD or even the town itself?
Slate’s headline is “Ground Zero in the War on Voting Rights.” The Subhead reads “New Hampshire Republicans passed a bill to suppress the student vote. Democrats have one last chance to defeat it.”

I was in Concord Yesterday. The car in front of me on Main Street, a Honda Fit, had a Clinton-Kaine bumper sticker and another from the ACLU that said something like ‘Let Them Vote.’
The ACLU and I get along swimmingly on issues of free speech but not so much on their false-flag, straw-man student voting rights agenda which, in New Hampshire, has a laser-focus on making excuses for letting non-residents steal local elections. A narrative that took a knee to the groin this past week with the State Supreme Court decision on House Bill 1264.
As a public courtesy, I feel compelled to revisit this at least one more time, because the Liberals won’t stop kicking the dead horse of ‘student voting rights’ which, if considered in the proper context, may constitute vote suppression by New Hampshire Democrats.
Take a look at some of the more interesting parts of the 2014 Guare v. NH case that was meant to codify out-of-state, unqualified voter’s participation in New Hampshire elections. You can see how this case, in my opinion, was never meant to be won by “our side.” My comments are in parenthesis.

There were a number of no-shows (although Bob Guida (District 2), while absent, at least sent in a Letter to be read). Which left the following no-shows:
The State Supreme Court has ruled (in its analysis of HB1264, which the governor then signed yesterday) that out-of-state college students do not have more rights than actual citizens of New Hampshire. They are not entitled to a special exclusion from the responsibilities actual residents accept including registering vehicles in the Granite State or obtaining a New Hampshire driver’s license. And asking these things of them is not a poll tax.
This is as it should be but New Hampshire Democrats have been stealing elections from Granite Staters for years and in spite of the court’s opinion they are ramping up to try and rob you of at least one more.
Progressive arguments for campaign finance reform (see also, the false getting money out of politics narrative) have nothing to do with transparency or money. They are about exposing donor lists to intimidation by left-wing thugs to suppress donations, and the speech they would afford political opponents.
Alternately or should I say Alt-Lefternately, Antifa, one of the Progressives thug armies hides its identity while actively suppressing speech Democrats (coincidentally) oppose. They attack people, destroy property, and use intimidation to suppress actual speech. Some GOP lawmakers have proposed legislation to amp up the penalties for those who actually commit certain crimes while “masked.”
Antifa is not happy.

Statement of Facts:
New Hampshire has a practice of allowing citizens of other states to vote in New Hampshire during our General Elections, which includes elections for Federal office. This practice has increased in volume since the adoption of same day registration in 1996. Any person, from any state, who has attained the age of 18 can simply show proof identity to register to vote in New Hampshire, including a current, valid, out-of-state driver’s license. The registrant simply signs an affidavit as per RSA 654:12. It is known as a: QUALIFIED VOTER AFFIDAVIT.
The Attorney General’s Office, Elections Division, is tasked with enforcing election laws as per RSA 7:6 c. This office may prosecute – at its discretion.
There has been a decades old state of confusion regarding the terms “domicile” and “resident” which has been the source of several lawsuits regarding out-of-state college voters and transient campaign workers who choose to vote in New Hampshire instead of their legal residence in their home state.
The circular logic New Hampshire courts use to let unqualified out-of-state residents vote in our state goes on and on.
In 2012 a Superior Court judge, now retired because he let other stupid opinions he had about female attorneys be known, issued an injunction against an attempt by the NH Legislature to stop out-out-state voters from involvement in our general elections where positions for federal office are determined. This activist judge invented a term for unqualified transient voters known as “mobile domiciled” voters
The case went to the NH State Supreme Court in 2015 after dragging through several elections.
Here is the offending language in question:
After decades of accepting non-citizens votes as equal to a qualified citizen’s vote, the New Hampshire State Supreme Court has acknowledged in its recent opinion that one must be domiciled in New Hampshire to vote here. This means that being domiciled in our state carries certain responsibilities – the same responsibilities as that of any other citizen.
Get ready for the “poll tax” debate! Proponents of non-resident voting will drag out a pathetic argument sure to stimulate the naive. Here is the argument:
Obtaining an NH driver’s license when declaring NH your voting domicile is the same as a poll tax.
