Certainly not the rest of the world that seemingly looks to government to solve their problems. Here in the US, we look to ourselves and the entrepreunerial and innovative frackers that have unleashed technology to spring God’s energy gift, natural gas, to us are to be thanked – they’ve made it possible to lead the world simply because SCIENCE and ENGINEERING:
Last year the United States had the largest decline in CO2 emissions *in the entire world* for the 9th time this century.
Meanwhile, the smug Europeans and the other self-righteous countries (re: India, China) are way up. WAY up – even though they signed the “wonderful” Paris Accord.
