NH 350 Action’s home page has a list of checkboxes. Like any “movement,” this Climate Action group wants to know how you think you can help. But nowhere on the list does it say “stealing.” So, why were 67 NH ‘activists’ arrested at Merrimack Station in Bow yesterday?
California is being run (into the ground) by leftists. One of their many ridiculous schemes was to decriminalize petty theft. Keep nonviolent offenders out of jail. They raised the amount for a felony charge for theft and guess what. Retail theft is rising.
Think Progress was created by Clinton Insider John Podesta. It sold itself as an independent outlet but primarily existed to protect the Clinton’s and ruling class Democrats and their policies. But no more. It shuts down today.

UNH researchers Jichun Zhang and Hailong Zhang stole $90,000 in grant money using University credit cards while working at UNH. Now we’ve got UNH Students Chunyang Li and Chenghan Wang using stolen credit card information to pay UNH.

New Hampshire Democrats are getting uppity about the slogan taxation is theft. Do I have to wonder how they’ll react to the even greater truth that taxation is slavery?
There are more things wrong with asset forfeiture than not. Browse the library on the topic if that’s not clear. But one of the most significant issues is the incentive to abuse it to pad the coffers. The more assets you seize the greater your cut. And then there’s this dirtbag.

Rather, it’s a reminder of how far stalwart Liberty loving Americans (as opposed to the Berni-bros and Ocasio-Cortez’ers slouching to Socialism) were willing to stand up to abusers and oppressors. Taxation for a limited Government is a necessary evil – having more taken from you just so that those in power believe you aren’t doing the right things with your money so they HAVE to take it from you is both insulting – and theft. The fact that our “public morality” has been so perverted by Progressives such as Steve Marchand, Mark Fernald, and Molly Kelly (just to name three Socialists running as Democrats – but I repeat myself) should be frightening. You see, no matter HOW much they take from you, it is never enough.

Here’s what union-controlled government has become in New Hampshire:
Union operatives are pulling my yard signs from public areas and replacing some of them with union signs. Union thugs have twice gone into a general store in my town and threatened the woman who owns it with a boycott if she doesn’t take down a yard sign supporting me.
Unions also have promised to put $50,000 into my district, which has about 8,000 people, to defeat me. My opponents’ efforts are beginning to show that kind of spending.

Theft by “unauthorized taking” is a class B Felony in New Hampshire. If you’ve got a prior record of redistributing property without “authorization” you’ll probably go to jail for an even longer time. And that is what will most likely happen to redistributionist Anthony Villegas, 55, of 26 Scripture S. He was out with O.P.P, other peoples….property, lacking the politicians protection of a legislative writ or state statute.
Yes, the defining difference between what Mr. Villegas is being charged with and what the Democrat party does with government, or what the #Occupy movement would like them to do with government, is that Anthony did not have the power of the general court to justify his taking.
There is one other difference of course.
Nothing says redistribute the wealth like stealing a Generator from Comcast. That’s what 99%er John P. Boisvert Jr., 34, of 5 Red Gate Lane Meredith did during the big power outage. Comcast is a great big company with so much cash they just leave generators laying around. Boisvert was observed “liberating” the generator from its capitalist oppressors and was later arrested for stealing.
