I write concerning Councilman John Farrell’s conduct at the public Town Council meeting held on April 22, 2024, in the Moose Hill Conference Room at the Londonderry Town Hall. The meeting and the incident occurred in a facility under your control and for which you have responsibility as Town Manager.

In response to the highlighted issue, it seems appropriate to establish a code of conduct for members of the town council at the next organizational meeting following the March 2025 election.
(TU – Londonderry) The Town of Londonderry has dismissed a complaint by Kristine Perez against Councilor Farrell, stating that Councilor Farrell did not violate the ethics code. Kristine Perez filed the following complaint:
Londonderry has become a land where the people in power know better, whine if you challenge them or call them out, and then – get a load of this – are indifferent to the laws used to go after the outspoken few.
If you think a Town Meeting is an opportunity to show residents how hung up you are on the spanking you got (and deserved), welcome to Londonderry. Town manager Michael Malaguti is reported to have taken the opportunity to attack his detractors.
I heard a rather shocking pronouncement from Town Council Chairman John Farrell at the 12/18/23 public meeting. “Don’t believe everything you read in the paper,” Farrell says, “because it’s all one-sided.”
It’s time to talk about the Londonderry Lions Club again. A topic that I have been talking about for a long time but feel the need to cover once again. I was inducted into the club in April of 2022 and sat in on a members briefing in which the treasurer said they had record rental Revenue income during covid.
A judge’s recent decision on another Right to Know Lawsuit in New Hampshire could cost the Town of Londonderry a pretty chunk of change in Court and legal fees.
While many parents around the country are fighting for quality public schools, some teachers and administrators continue to let their students down. I call it Gutter Education now. That’s why it’s obvious the goal is not quality or excellence, but instead, trash and dumbed-down academics.

Citizens who questioned the town of Londonderry’s failure to establish new rules of order at the Town Council reorganization meeting were silenced and berated by Town Councilor Jim Butler and Council Chairman Farrell, including him calling one citizen a joke, video below.
Now that we know that some New Hampshire schools are sharing mental health data on students with outside organizations like Keene State BHII, parents are beginning to remove their children from SEL. (Social and Emotional Learning) SEL is in Tier 1 of the Multi-Tiered System of Support.

A real tragedy that Americans have lost their Fourth Amendment right to privacy! Did anyone think to restrain the makers of cell phones from listening in on every conversation? I don’t mean just what is said between caller and callee. I mean, yer basic CIA can hear whatever you say NEAR your phone.
I am Kristine Perez from Londonderry, District 16, running for State Representative. I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a retired RN. I am a State Delegate and was very disappointed in the number of Delegates and Representatives that participated in the NH GOP platform meeting in the Spring.
