Who Is ‘Driving’ The Out-Of-Control Burning Crap Wagon Doing Business as Londonderry?

Londonderry keeps making news. It’s been an interesting few years, pushing Laura Gandia out, 91-a hijinks, press intimidation, and incompetent planning boards. The Fire Chief resigned this month, and now the whiny town manager is resigning.

Even Governor Sununu is pissed. He of the take the free federal money seems to have been of the opinion that a new mental facility in Londonderry was a done deal.

Sununu said about $15 million in ARPA funds which were committed but returned to the state when a major project for a 144-bed mental health care facility in Londonderry with SolutionHealth fell through due to the town rejecting it, necessitated $13.78 million to be reallocated, mostly to mental health needs

The Town Council voted 3-2 to reject the project, so Sununu must now find elsewhere to apply the fiat money lest it return to the Feds unspent, a sin against his RINO gods.

I didn’t look, but I bet Solutions Health, someone on its board, or Exec Dirercorate has connections to Chris’s Klan. I’d also be interested in who the planned project developer(s) might have been. Laundering money isn’t just something they do in DC, and for Sununu to openly comment suggests he had plans within plans.

Or is he just that addicted to generational-debt-driven handouts that leaving any on the table makes something itch in his pants?

The more important question is what all this has to do (if anything) with the abrupt staff migration in Londonderry. The Fire Chief seems to have taken his leave over budgets and funding (low information observation). Unable to do the job asked, he opted not to do it there.

Malaguti became a liability, so his pending departure is no significant loss, but it was sudden (was it?). He’s been causing trouble for a while, so what happened to make “now” the best time to announce his departure? Did he try to do something good, and the crap wagon driver objected? Who’s the real troublemaker? Does Kevin Smith (no stranger to local controversy) want his job back? And who, really, is driving this burning crap wagon, and are more leavings on the table?

I think I know, but I’d love to hear from the locals.
