My name is Laura El-Azem, and I am running to represent Londonderry (Rockingham District 16) as State Representative. New Hampshire’s economy, our families, and the Live Free or Die ethos are too important to trust to Democrats and tepid Republicans.
A strong, conservative majority in Concord is essential to carry the Granite State forward in freedom.
Why am I running? Because liberty is essential. Because our rights are not granted by politicians, but inherent. Because I see too many instances were expedience or caution trump Constitutional convictions. I have been active in Concord for a decade, working with our incumbent State Reps, our Senator and others on issues from school choice and parental rights to life and 2A protections, and now I’d like to work together with them in the legislature as one more consistent voice for freedom.
We want to thank Laura El-Azem for this Press Release. Please direct yours to Editor@GraniteGrok.com.
My first priority will be passage of a robust Parental Bill of Rights. In addition, I will work for secure elections that reliably count one vote per eligible NH/US citizen, expansion of school choice and Education Freedom Savings Accounts, defense of the 24-week abortion restriction, and defense of our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. I will oppose any effort to raise taxes or impose an income tax, in whatever guise. Taxpayers already being squeezed by the fiasco of federally-imposed recession do not need any other drain on their family budgets.
New Hampshire is a top-notch place to live, work and raise a family. I want it to thrive that way so that my children will settle down close to their roots and raise up their own liberty-loving kids. Every session, there are those who want to remake our state in the image of all the other New England states, and that would be a crying shame. We have something very special here.
For more information about me, my candidacy, and the many endorsements I have received from life and liberty advocates, please visit my webpage, www.Laura4Londonderry.com. If you live in Londonderry, where we have a tight primary race among ten candidates for seven spots, I would appreciate your vote on September 13.
Thank you for your time.
