That special election in Ohio that was going to be the next “final nail in the coffin of the Trump ascendency” or whatever his downfall is being labeled as this week, didn’t happen. But it started out grand. The media was very excited about how close it was. Al Franken-esque “look what I found mom” ballot discoveries were going to shift the tide. And those absentee ballots…Democrat victory was nigh.
Not so much.

Behind the scenes, at least up in the North County, the victim is not viewed kindly. Politics, it appears, comes before people and these individuals are not waiting to blame the victim of Jeff Woodburn’s alleged assault if Democrats lose a State Senate Seat.

A few days ago Jack Minzey, head of the Department of Education at Eastern Michigan University as well as a prolific author of numerous books, most of which were on the topic of Education and the Government role therein, sent out the final chapter that was the last of his works. Jack passed away last 8 April 2018.
How do civil wars happen?
Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country. And they can’t settle the question through elections because they don’t even agree that elections are how you decide who’s in charge. That’s the basic issue here. Who decides who runs the country? When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country. When you stop accepting
election results, you have a countdown to a civil war.
As some Democrats look for ways to run away from the reality of their political baggage Gallup comes along and shoots them in the kneecaps.
For the first time in Gallup’s measurement over the past decade, Democrats have a more positive image of socialism than they do of capitalism.
The problem? The indoctrination is working. But the professional left isn’t ready to come out of the closet quite yet.
When Ann Kuster (and the rest of New Hampshire’s All Gurl Congressional Delegation) voted against tax reform on purely ideological grounds (based on fake news and flawed data), they voted to continue a punishing regressive tax on low-income families.
Republicans included in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act a provision reducing the Obamacare penalty for not purchasing “qualifying” health insurance to $0, beginning in January 2019. This move was particularly important for working-class families because IRS tax data show of the 6.6 million filers required to pay the Obamacare penalty in 2015, the most recent year for which data are available, 36 percent had an adjusted gross income of $10,000 to $25,000.
The denizens of the gentrified Portsmouth and Hanover ‘Class’ (and a few wannabes from Keene) are at it again. These easily offended liberals and their minions are getting uppity over local reactions to a fledgling plan to assuage Granite State White Guilt. New Hampshire is Too Damn White™.

Per usual, Democrats / Liberals / Progressives / Socialists show why comedy is dying –
Democrats sell stuff online and take the money. That exercise in capitalism is hypocritical enough given the direction the party has gone these last few years. And we think it damages what little credibility they have left. (Get it! Left?) So, we’re here to help.
If you’re going to engage in free market profiteering at least have the sense to sell things with a patina of honesty to them. Like this custom cotton “wife-beater” t-shirt.
Robert Mueller’s mandate as special prosecutor is to investigate and prosecute legitimate cases of “collusion” between ‘Russians’ and the Trump Campaign. He has been at it for a few years now and despite the occasional media-friendly announcements of charges or indictments ‘Mueller’ still has nothing.
How do we know this?

You don’t hit other people when their behavior displeases you. You don’t take their stuff. Democrat congressional incumbent Ann(ie) Kuster has nearly three million cash on hand. And she’ll have more.
Her competitors have nothing by comparison. And no, this is not a new development. Democrat Incumbent Kuster has always had exponentially more cash to spend on elections than her competitors.
It’s not indicative of anything other than that she is there and entrenched in the swamp, doing swampy things that make lobbyist cronies smile.
Or is it that their god IS sex? No, that isn’t quite right. It’s just that they believe they ARE their own god(s).
A good friend of the Grok recently shared my post on how Tax reform is not just about money; it is about trust. He posted it as a status update on the Closed Group ‘Brookline NH Elections’ on Facebook. He got this response.

Thompson: “The tax cut for ordinary Americans is temporary, while the tax cuts for corporations and the very wealthy are permanent. “Average” Americans have already seen their tax cuts disappear like vapor. Inflation, cuts in services, a MASSIVE increase in the deficit, and now, chaos from this maniacal trade war. My tax cut was smaller, and didn’t survive the rise in gas prices.”
Here’s what I offered in response.
The Heritage Foundation has published a nationwide calculator that reports the tax savings for the average taxpayer in every congressional district in the country. Being an average taxpayer, I took an interest. And not just to know how much lower will my tax bill be thanks to Mr. Trump and Republicans but what does that mean in actual dollars?
How much of my money were Democrats fighting to keep in DC, and how much are they going to take back the first chance they get?
New Hampshire Gubernatorial candidates Steve Marchand and Molly Kelly are both dedicated Democrats with designs on using government to limit your potential for prosperity. They both support a New Hampshire minimum wage of $15.00/hour; which we know will result in job losses and less monthly income for the very people they claim to want to help.
Nothing new about that. But this is new.
Last month we reported on New Hampshire breaking new ground on both employment and labor participation in May. June was even better.
Seasonally adjusted estimates for June 2018 placed the number of employed residents at 735,730, an increase of 2,540 from the previous month and an increase of 9,020 from June 2017.
I can’t seem to find any comment from Democrat Gubernatorial candidates Steve Marchand or Molly Kelly about this continued climb into record employment and robust labor force participation absent their apothecary’s inventory of socialist curatives.

I was in Concord Yesterday. The car in front of me on Main Street, a Honda Fit, had a Clinton-Kaine bumper sticker and another from the ACLU that said something like ‘Let Them Vote.’
The ACLU and I get along swimmingly on issues of free speech but not so much on their false-flag, straw-man student voting rights agenda which, in New Hampshire, has a laser-focus on making excuses for letting non-residents steal local elections. A narrative that took a knee to the groin this past week with the State Supreme Court decision on House Bill 1264.
As a public courtesy, I feel compelled to revisit this at least one more time, because the Liberals won’t stop kicking the dead horse of ‘student voting rights’ which, if considered in the proper context, may constitute vote suppression by New Hampshire Democrats.
The media is committed to selling the story that the Republicans are divided when, in fact, it is the Democrat Party that is in the throes of a full-blown civil war. The first “public” signs of wide-spread division showed themselves when Bernie Sanders challenged The Clinton Machine.
The threat that Bernie could rob Hillary of another nomination was so real that the DNC, CNN, and others fixed the primaries. The media ignored the scandals (not just because they were complicit) and the outrage, as well as a rift that kept getting bigger. And then Hillary Lost.
A loss that institutionalized open hatred and derision for anyone (including registered Democrats) who was not at progressive outrage level 11 all day and every day.
