The City of Nashua, under the Administration of Mayor Jim Donchess and “Right to Know Coordinator” Jesse Neumann, decided that they were above the law. Refusing to provide “responsive records” claiming the demand was “overly broad” or (get this) too unorganized to get the records (I wonder if this is on purpose?).

During this board meeting, many interesting topics were discussed but one struck me as odd and alarming. That is when the Board started discussing a reduction in funding for Right to Know Requests.

In October, Nashua Mayor Jim Donchess had our Save Women’s Sports flag removed from the Nashua Citizen Flag Pole and told us it was because Nashua is a “Welcoming City.” He was afraid that the flag was not welcoming to men who identify as women and believe they have a right to compete in women’s sports.

Nashua Mayor Jim Donchess is supporting a proposed amendment to the city mask ordinance, which requires that masks be worn in all public places in Nashua.
