Is Carol Shea-Porter anti-millitary?

by Steve MacDonald

Carol's Dim BulbCarol Seiu-Porter’s energy policy agenda actually costs the US military billions of dollars more per year in increased fuel and energy costs.  Stephen Hayward at the Weekly Standard estimated that every $10/barrel added to the price of oil costs the defense department (and you) one billion dollars more per year.

Those billions could be used on safety equipment, parts, new hardware, training, or even to help veterans.  But she is so obsessed with her desire to destroy the oil industry and increase the cost of cheap reliable energy to advance her parties flawed green agenda, that she is blind to the costs to our soldiers and our national defense.
