Yesterday I reported (again) on the lack of civility and false civility among far-left Democrats. The most recent examples are protesters driving Sarah Huckabee Sanders out of a restaurant followed by Maxine Waters suggesting the left make a habit of this anywhere they find members of Trump’s team.
Nothing new, except perhaps the honesty about what they’ve always wanted and for which they continue to strive.
I know Separating Families week is over but how could I resist?
Sandra Sanchez is the mother of Time Magazine’s crying family separation poster child. They might want to try someone else. The Obama Administration deported Sanchez in 2013. Her daughter, an icon for the left’s 2018 narrative, was never separated from her mother. And the little girl was only separated from her family because her mother dragged her to the US border without them.
According to that little girl’s father, Sandra Sanchez took her without a word, leaving behind her husband and other three children in Honduras.
After the Democrat’s T.E.A. Party shellacking in 2010, there emerged a new narrative called the new civility. The violent left moved to paint the victorious right as uncivil while panhandling the idea that the Left was the party of Civility. We took them to task then, as always, because they’ve never been civil. Democrat-Socialism can’t advance in such an environment, and they know it. But they tried to sell civility. Even Sen. Shaheen got on board.
Sure it was a lie, but at least they were pretending. Not anymore. Good luck finding a committed rejection of the violence and incivility being peddled all the way up and down the Liberal “food” chain.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was party to a prosecution in the State of New York under the consumer financial protection act (CFPA). The State Public Utilities Commission has approved a request by Eversource for a 19.1% hike in energy supply charges, according to the Union Leader.
The Public Utilities Commission approved the supply charge to go up from the current 7.903 cents per kilowatt hour to 9.412 cents.
This is a direct pass-through for the price of generated power with no profit going to the utility, Eversource officials said Friday.
And who can we think of that has been at the forefront of ramming expensive uncompetitive energy down our throats?

Thirty years ago (the day before yesterday) James Hansen and Sen. Tim Wirth sabotaged the air conditioner in the room where Hansen would be providing testimony on ‘Global Warming.’ The day of (thirty years ago yesterday) was of the hottest days in one of the hottest summers on record, and the stage was set to politicize the weather.
It was a deliberate act of political theatre on the highest order.
Two weeks ago the Left was predicting a trade apocalypse after Mr. Trump said he wanted our G7 allies to drop their tariffs on US goods or he’d raise ours to match them. As an alternative, on his way out the door to meet with Kim Jong Un (something else no other U.S. President had done), he suggested a tariff and subsidy-free trading zone amongst all G7 nations.
The Democrat Party apocalypse tour shouted good night America! as they looked for their next world-ending Trump Derangement Syndrome induced narrative. But somewhere along the way, Germany’s largest automakers said, “hey, we’d love to end all import tariffs on cars between the EU and the US.”

The mother of the crying child featured on the cover of TIME Magazine was previously deported from the United States in 2013, according to ICE.
TIME Magazine pasted the image of the young girl crying as President Donald Trump looked down on her, attempting to symbolize the administration’s zero-tolerance immigration policy at the border that leads to family separations.
Jeanne Shaheen is at the front of the line when it comes to the far-left Democrat rhetoric on borders and executive orders. She’s happy to push the false narrative. She got behind Schumer who refused bipartisan reform in favor of political posturing. She even signed on to a bad “immigration reform bill” that could let any parent skirt justice. But where was the sensitive Senator when Barack Obama was caging children and separating families?

Back on June 8th, amidst a pile of 75 bills signed by Governor Sununu, was SB 498. An Act requiring an annual report detailing activity related to forfeiture of personal property.
This bill requires the attorney general to post an annual report on the department’s website detailing activity related to forfeiture of personal property.

Gallup’s latest opinion poll adds another nail to the Media coffin. A growing majority believe it is biased.
Overall, U.S. adults estimate that 62% of the news they read in newspapers, see on television or hear on the radio is biased. They think the news media mostly provide accurate information, but still estimate that 44% of what they see is inaccurate. And they believe that more than a third of the news they see in these channels is misinformation — false or inaccurate information that is presented as if it were true.

(a) … , shall, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the availability of appropriations, maintain custody of alien families during the pendency of any criminal improper entry or immigration proceedings involving their members.
(b) The Secretary shall not, however, detain an alien family together when there is a concern that detention of an alien child with the child’s alien parent would pose a risk to the child’s welfare.
What does this mean for Family Separation Week?
Mr. Trump has some changes he’d like to make in Washington, and the Left is losing their mind.
The White House on Thursday announced its plan to merge the Departments of Labor and Education into a single Cabinet agency in order to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy and streamline overlapping regulations and department functions.
The two departments would merge into the Department of Education and the Workforce (DEW), aimed at “meeting the needs of American students and workers, from education and skill development to workplace protection to retirement security,” according to a White House outline of the plan.
Still no word from “get money out of politics” groups like Open Democracy regarding Billionaire Tom Steyer dumping three-quarters of a million dollars into New Hampshire for the last four-plus months of the 2018 Election cycle. Not that I expected as much as a peep. Steyer is, after all, one of them. He’s supporting their issues and their candidates.
While we wait for them to find their outrage, here’s a story about one PAC spending $23 million to protect a Democrat “get money out of politics” US Senator who could lose his seat in November.
In a 5-4 decision (and wait until you read who), the US Supreme Court has ruled that cell site records are protected by the Fourth Amendment.
Holding: The government’s acquisition of Timothy Carpenter’s cell-site records from his wireless carriers was a Fourth Amendment search; the government did not obtain a warrant supported by probable cause before acquiring those records.
