The rumors that Stacey Abrams is being considered as a potential Biden VP are all over the map. But the name keeps popping, so we have to assume it is somewhere in the mix. Imagine a President Abrams, if that’s true. Eeek! Crazy Town. And it just got crazier.
Team Biden is looking for a woman for him to pick as his running mate. Might I suggest a transwoman? Joe might be able to keep his hands off “her,” maybe, possibly.
The City of Nashua has issued an ordinance this week, requiring the wearing of masks in public places. The order, passed Thursday evening, requires masks to be worn when customers visit any business in Nashua. The Group Nashua Liberty has announced that it will hold a protest in response to the order.
Mask-less shoppers in Nashua could face fines up to $1,000 for violating the city’s new mask mandate. We used to sing, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but ‘names’ will never hurt me.” Names, words, we pretended we were immune. We’ve since done a one-eighty. Evolved into snowflakes. Now people throw sticks and stones so folks won’t hear words they say might hurt you.

In a May 19th letter to the Union Leader, New Hampshire Executive Councilor and Democrat candidate for Governor Andru Volinsky makes a casual aside. He implies without providing any evidence that some of the #ReopenNH protesters are paid.
Judge Eugene Lucci has some unpleasant things to say about how Ohio exercised or assumed powers to which he claims it is not entitled after 35 gyms took the state to court over threats of punishment for reopening against the will of the state.
We round out the big state races with the primary for Congressional District two. Three Republicans are vying for the opportunity to challenge longtime incumbent Democrat Ann McLane Kuster (who has questions about Trump’s Ukraine call but none about Bidens).
Much like the New Hampshire Democrat desire to cram a 12% tax increase on small business owners in the Granite State (after demanding they close shop), a few movers and shakers behind a regional gas tax hike known as TCI don’t want to wait either.
